Major, you may want to re-read the descriptions for the Ground Zero Map and the Map Pack 1 Developer Interview. They appear to have been switched.

Now this is what I like. 500 MP for five maps is not so bad and you get some free maps. Now if some people would do this instead of charging 800 MP for 4 maps or 4 dollars for 2 maps than we be better.

EA should bring a patch for the "asynchron failure" - the game is unplayable for me, gonna sell it incl. xbox360 if not soon comes a PATCH FOR IT - for *** sake

This is an excellent game, and this DLC is good COMPARED to previous EA Scams but it still a rip-off.

I haven't got this game yet but i'm definatly getting the PC vers now rather than the 360 vers, i was going to get the 360 one at first because of gamerscore, but I'd rather get the PC Version now as 1) It's cheaper, 2) if I don't have to pay extra to get back the content thats been stripped out of the game and 3) Mouse + RTS = win!

Bug report:

Some users are reporting that the camera causes a glitch on the new maps when zoomed all the way out, resulting in the terrain turning entirely black, though enemy and friendly units and structures are still visible.

The big problem I would have if I owned this game for 360 is that those pay-for-play maps are available on PC for no extra charge.

Releasing them for 360 for more monies seems evil.

One or two people have already said it, but it deserves repeating for the people that come along to whine some more:

The bonus maps were only available to PC players in the special edition release of C&C3, which was $59.99. Also, the PC owners don't get the extra multiplayer modes which the 360 has.

Therefore, there's not really a lot to get up in arms about over here. Kudos to EA for making the content available to more people, though I'm sure the PC owners would really like to see those extra modes, and the 360 owners would really like to see the balancing patch.

erm WTF, if these are free with the PC version then M$ have broken thier own rule.

I was just about to DL these maps, but if there free on pc and were getting charged for them then no thanks.

wth do broken wireless wheels and headsets have to do with this thread at all? if you guys have complaints that are not at all relevant to C & C 3 then just complain directly to major or to xbox customer service.

anyways, I like the pricing on this and the fact that one of the maps is free with 5 more for 100 pts each. that seems like very reasonable pricing. don't compare this to pc, as pc gaming is always different from console gaming. if you're b*tching so much about 360 gaming, go play the game on your pc.

Aren't these the maps that came on the special Kane Edition on PC? Wich means they had to pay more and it wasn't standard.
