This really sucks! Why 8-10 weeks to refund! It took minutes to take the points but weeks to give them back. Some people's 360's are not lasting 8-10 weeks!

So do we get it back in points or back to Credit Card as I would like to hear it can be done both ways, for those who want it back on their card and for those who don't have a credit/debit card and use the points cards, I hope they can just refund the points to my Xbox Live account.

You know this makes sense...PS3 releases RSV with the packs free and now Microsoft is putting them out there free...why wouldnt you jsut do it in the first place...Microsoft doesnt need more money...i mean i love xbox but come on.

I want my points back from the red pack that I bought !!!!! I also was one of the few who were able to DL the black pack before it got taken off. I'm glad they are making it free now but they should also refund the red pack as well.

"This isn't fair for all of the people who have payed for it." I disagree on previous rainbows the content was free eventually aswell, your paying for the privelage to play it earlier.
