As someone who just experienced a RRoD first hand with my original 360, I'm livid that I now have 60,000+ MS points worth of content that is unusable.

I called MS support. They told me in order to correct this issue that I must provide them via fax the original receipts so they can "transfer" the licenses of my content from the dead machine to the new one.

I said, ok, not a problem. This should only take a couple of days tops to correct. Nope. They informed me that it will take 30 DAYS to fix my issue.

30 DAYS! How in the world is this customer friendly Larry? I paid for all of this content, hundreds of dollars worth and I now have to wait 30 DAYS in order to use it after my faulty Xbox 360 died due to Microsoft's own manufacturing issue. Laughable.

Eidos has decided to publish Tomb Raider Anniversary as a stand-alone game for $39.99, instead of going the download route. It should be hitting retail in about two weeks time. Hope that helps.

I couldn't wait for the Indians to ship a coffin so I bought an Elite and will sell whatever broken POS they send back to me. If only Microsoft could feel guilt for so little action over screwing such a loyal fanbase...

Screw the warranty, we need a recall. Screw DRM, we need fair use.
