My X-Box just got the Red Rings of Death. I am still waiting to ship it off to Microsoft. My 360 is going to be in the shop for at least four weeks. Is there anyway that I can get this Lumines deal??

why is it that none of these can be previewed on xbox.com like it says. I have searched the entire site for the last 30 minutes and don't see anything about any of these. If you go to distruptivepublishers.com, you can see the ones they have available on their site, but they do not show up on xbox.com. Same thing with the Southpark themes?

NBK, that's not quite right-- it's not that The Comedy Network has to do it, because they don't. They just buy the rights to replay all episodes in Canada, since CCentral doesn't exist here. CCentral still has rights to promote their show, but there's not really any point in countries where they don't even have a channel. The money they'd make selling $1 themes in a market as small as Canada would probably not even cover the expense of hiring someone to ensure the copyrights were in place up north.

I like Breeze alot, but when you play the single song challenge, it can really drive you crazy.

Heavenly Star is perfectly fine on single song challenge though.

I really hope they release Shinin' Even if I have to buy it.

Heres the short answer.

Comedy Central owns the right to South Park, they lease out the rights in other countries, for example, in Canada, the Comedy Network has the rights. Therefore for the picture pack to be in Canada they need to have it done through Comedy Channel, not COmedy Central. The channel will differ in your area etc. Its a shame, I would have liked the Sarah Silverman stuff.
