Getting the message Major? People dont mind a fair DRM policy, but yours is the worst one I have come across. You push Elites, you push 120GB HDDs, but as soon as the loyal customer buys them, they are royally screwed. Come, just post a comment that you can see how messed up this all is, and the you have passed it on to higher places that something must be done.

Games I would've bought by now if I wasn't so annoyed with DRM. Exit, Gripshift, Metal Slug 3, Mutant Storm Empire, Screwjumper, Undertow, Geon, E4, Arkadian Warriors, Omega 5, Tempest, DLC for GH3, Forza track and car packs, Mass Effect, Assasins Creed, Sega Rally.

I have money to spend, but my money isn't going your way until we get first a response from M$ that is more than "we are looking into it", and then a satisfactory fix to the problem

I wonder why Omega 5 doesn't have online co-op. Doesn't seem like it's something that's hard to add considering a lot of XBLA games have it.

It says he's too busy playing Guitar Hero III. Althoug it's nice to protest here to counteract Microsoft's marketing of the content, do you really think "Major Nelson" can do anything about it? He's just a marketing guy folks. Let's just hope our weekly protests will be enough of a splinter to spark more internal conversation on the matter.

Tron sounds really great... HOWEVER... I vowed never to give Microsoft another penny until I am able to use my PAID FOR content on my "voluntary upgraded" Elite system. To not allow me to transfer my own content (worth over $1,000 at this point) on to a new machine is a CRIME and this needs to be addressed by Microsoft. I'm not even anti-DRM, but just allow us to FAIRLY use what we paid you money for. FIX THE BROKEN DRM. I will gladly return to purchasing once Microsoft does the right thing.

I really would like to get Tron, but I'm afraid to buy it with the stupid DRM not being fixed yet

Since everyone has been bringing this up here, on the xbox live forums and other places, does anyone connected to Microsoft even read the posts or acknowledge this problem?
