I had read some surprisingly positive impressions about it from some larger sites too.

I was kind of surprised that none of the voice work was changed. The main characters speak in Japanese and the menu voice over guy speaks such perfect Engrish that it almost seems like he's doing it on purpose lol.

I personally think the best thing people who are affected by DRM issues CAN do is to bring this issue up as often as possible outside of Xbox/Microsoft forums. It's ridiculous that Microsoft is ignoring you guys while making money off of you. Though... this is Microsoft.

I am avoiding ALL XBOX LIVE ARCADE titles until they fix the DRM issue. My girlfriend can't even play on her account again, and she refuses to play all the levels again on Zuma since I replaced my busted 360.

Worse thing is, I can't even purchase it again. Very dissapointing, I wished they thought about a better way before setting the DRM policy in stone like that. I've been pursuing this issue for almost a year now, and nothing.

I agree. I've bought loads of arcade games in the past but I've just boycott them thanks to them not working because a) I have a replacement system and b) I've just upgraded to the 120GB HDD. Now most of my arcade games think they're just demos and I have to repurchase them. Oh, and I have to be connected to Live to play them, which at the moment is a real pain. It's BS. I know I could fix it, but I don't want to spend hours on the phone to do it. And why should I have to? If you can't guarantee the games will work properly all the time, then why are you selling them?

If you want them to fix the DRM, just don't buy arcade games until they do.

I've since had three replacements and the DRM issue is stopping me from playing XBL Marketplace downloads unless I am online. My girlfriend, who has her own gold account, can't access these downloads at all. I've repeatedly rung Xbox customer support, but the issue still unresolved. I have been told on two separate occasions that the issue would be sorted within thirty days, but this was not the case. I was also told, in December, that the problem would be completely resolved in January. I’m afraid, given my previous experiences, that I do not believe this.

That is a bloody disgrace, being denied something you have paid for. I'm urging all UK users with DRM problems to contact Trading Standards and the BBC watchdog programme. It's beginning to look like the only way we are going to get any joy regarding DRM is to bypass M$ and get our consumer guardians to publicly embarrass M$ into doing something. They cant afford more bad publicity after the RROD debacle and the Live fun over Christmas.

I asked the Major to escalate the issue for me, which he kindly did (good man) but the Microsoft tech support guy kindly told me 'Forget it. It's your own fault.' Which makes me wonder why I buy anything from the Marketplace anymore.
