Both Halo 3 and COD4 are awesome games so theres no need to bash into each other about which games are better. Itd be sweet if all the gamers on the 360 could unite and diss something else like how much on live costs compared to it being free on the PS3....

RB6 takes the top spot next week. After that Halo 3 takes top honors and COD4 and RB6v2 swap 2-3 for a few weeks.

The "crappy maps" didn't help Halo because they came out 2 days ago, and this is top titles for 2 weeks ago... Der.

I'm happy to say I haven't played either game in the last few weeks, and don't really care.

Isn't the number of players playing the game more closely define the "popularity" of a game. Hours played would be more a measure of how much people like playing the game.

If you remember that a week is 7 days long you'll notice that if you start at 3/17 you don't make it to 3/25, the day the heroic map pack went free. So the "crappy maps" have not gotten a chance to help. I guess slight errors in logical thinking are to be expected from a CoD4 fanboy. Something always seems fishy to me about that game.

GoW is the only shooter on that list which isn't ruined by grenades. It's a shame it isn't doing better.

I am curious how how Rock Band will be as soon as it's released here in Europe. I guess it will be a race between GH3/ RB similar to COD4/ Halo3.

HALO 3 keeps getting a beating from COD4 , not even the crappy maps helped it.

I think its intresting to note that even though COD4 had more UU's halo 3 still has a lot more people playing online its just a smaller group playing more often. On an average night I can see between 250,000-390,000 on Halo 3 and only half of that on COD4 when i go into the other 360 my brother is playing COD on.

With the hype that Vegas 2 got, and the bonus EXP weekends and stuff in Halo 3, this week's stats are pretty damn interesting. Still, every game on the list is worthy or praise and awesomeness... It doesn't really matter which gets the top spot if everyone's getting enjoyment out of them all.

CoD4 might be up there because a lot of people try to finish the campaign on Veteran and this takes some time... You could spend weeks on just finishing the the damn airplane level...

I still wonder why Mass Effect isn't a top 10 game!?!? It is such a great game! It just deserves to be on that list!

Army of Two is good, but we will see how long it can stay there after the first buzz is gone.

And: Give us europeans Rock Band!!!

GH3 is probably up that high cause the rest of the world don't have Rock band yet ;)
