Hi i still can not get on XBL it has been since the scheduled maintenance, completely fed up with being fobbed off on the telephone, no explanation as to when, what or how long, just told to keep trying every day. It tells friends i am on line but haven't got passed the trying to load. Took the box around to B-i-Laws and it works at theirs in the next village - fed up as it has only came back 6 days before the maintenance shut down, after being repaired from suffering with 3 red lights. It seems doomed!

Has anyone experienced problems getting onto Xbox live since the upgrade. Not been able to get on. its says I am connected by it is not. All connections are correct, and xbox tell me that i should just be patient and keep checking!! Just wanted to know if anyone else was suffering ?

same here still can not connect shows I have friends online but clicking the connect to live button does nothing

I press "Connect to Xbox LIVE", dots cycle around the logo, it tells me I have "4 friends online" then I am not connected to live though. While watching a HD DVD I can see what my friends are doing but at no other time am I connected. This has only occurred since the update and maintenance. Does anyone have any ideas? How many others are having the same problem?

It makes me laugh how they say "some" people may be experiencing problems. 8 out of 10 people I know or on my friends list can't play anything. Checked out Team Fortress 2 during a short log in window and couldn't find a hosted server for the life of me because nobody can create one.

Still experiencing some problems with COD4. But, the service looks to be getting better every minute. But it's a very sluggish start after the maintenance.

I can play single-player games, but it won't let me play multi-player. My friend in the UK can all join the same game, but not only cannot I not join them, I can't even start my own.

the worst thing was while xbl was down i couldnt play forza off line because of something to do with my dlc for it

Still can't sign in almost 2 hours after Live is supposed to be back up. It will show my "Toast" notifications that my friends are online, but the dashboard just has a button to sign in.
