@MazerLodge it's been noted in the podcasts and elsewhere that when you send your console back for repair, they send you a different one back. The fix is to redownload the games from your download history and it will relicense them.

@Anon 35: Battlefield BC will not get to number 1, might not even even get on the top ten because not enough "casuals" know about it and a lot of people will be hesitant to buy it, wondering whether DICE can make a good, story based game for consoles. It'll have to get really good reviews (e.g. 9s) to get enough people to buy it to get even close to the top, otherwise it will go the way of frontlines.

GTA IV came out of my console and put on the shelf after completing story (long and redundant)and 2 rounds of sucky MP. Back to COD4 until GOW2!

MazerLodge, the reason it no longer works is because the games are assigned to your console's seriel number. Meaning as long as you were playing on that console you would have no problem. Since you now have a new one the only way Microsoft can verify your purchase is by the gamertag you purchased it on. Also you can't use the content if you are not connected to Xbox Live. Regarding the top ten I think in a month it will look like this 1.Battlefield BC 2.COD4 3.Halo 3 4.GTA4 5.GH3 6.GOW 7.GRID 8.Some sports game 9.Rainbow Six Vegas 2 10.Anything

As a huge fan of Rainbow Six, Anon 25,I must say that RSV2 is one of the worst installments yet (on par with Lockdown...Letdown and Critical Hour...Critical Dishonor). This game takes absolutely no skill! It is all about who has the least latency and who shoots you no more than 12 feet away. All weapons are worthless beyond 12 feet. Don't even talk to me about the "fat-ass" created crap that is RSV2! A good game (RSV) reduced to crap and a GREAT franchise that has lost just about everything at this point and been reduced to dog poo:-(

i agree drudaddy i would like to see more Poker games on the arcade side of the titles instead of just pokser smash and texas hold em.

I think GTA will stay top for a while yet followed closley by Halo and Cod4.

I played the Grid demo but didn't think too highly of it really, i prefer Forza 2.

We need another original poker game, I miss the fun days of texas hold'em not too many good players play it anymore, Just the ones who wants to do "All in Bets". Anyways, enough of gripping about all of that, it's gonna be very interesting who can stay on the top 10 this holiday.

GTA IV Multyplayer is really bad it looks like a kid made the multyplayer of GTA IV it just suck! TO MUCH LAG no fun! searching for peopel!!! Online options are really shi* Call Of Duty 4 wil take first play!! GTA IV is good for Singelplayer but not Multyplayer! BTW: Grid is doing good cant wait for 30 May!!!

Recently i have fell in love with the XBL Arcade titles: Golden Axe the sega classic i have been playing a lot of as well as Uno, Feeding frenzy, Boom Boom Rocket and Luxor, i plan to try and buy Assualt Heroes 2 soon as from the show it sounds awesome...

The live list is looking good and it is not too difficult to predict GTA would be at the top at the moment..

What is going on with Frontlines: Fuels of War guys? Whenever i go online there are hardly any people playing... come on guys it is a great game.. i will make it my mission to get frontlines active again and get it into the top 10!... Major mention it on the show! haha XD

Good to see Gears of war in top 5 after a year and a half,still my favorite game! Halo 3 was a big let down,stopped playing after a month of owning it. Call of Duty 4 rocks but i dont touch it much GTA4 is wicked!online is ok Major Nelson champion!Cant wait for Gears of War 2,so much extras on that game is going to be nuts.Come November there will be a new online champion.For how long?no body knows

XBox Marketplace does NOT play well

I just got my XBox back from a repair. We have three paid Gold Accounts in our house (myself, my wife, and my son), and just noticed that if my son bought a marketplace game, I can no longer play it. If my wife bought the game, she can play it, but my son and I can not.

What gives? When you buy a game, are you buying it for the console it was downloaded to or for the gamertag that bought it? If the former, we should each be able to play the game (that is how it worked before the 'repair'). If the later, I should be able to go to any XBox, login with my account, and access the premium content I've purchased from anywhere else.

I think the former makes more sense. You buy the game, you get one copy download to one machine, and anyone who uses that machine can play the game. The current way the XBox is acting that isn't the case. Maybe a post-repair glitch, or maybe Microsoft quietly changed the service?

How did RSV2 drop so low? It's a great game, but people who don't have skill can't play the game at all... it's a shame that that's the main reason it is below old games with terrible online play like Gears of War.
