Sheesh talk about quick to charge. I wasn't able to get the Time Shift download in the whole 2 days it was availble to download for free. As others have said I certainly won't pay $10 to sit in a lobby alone. Booo to who decided to make it have such a short free time-span.

Loved the edit Major...nice to know MS is considering "de-listing" Arcade titles that underperform, and when an underperforming retail game releases "free" DLC it not only screws up the achv system (my TimeShift DLC1 achvs are locked and unattainable), but is "promotional"...the game's online is virtually dead with FREE DLC packs...who is going to pay 800 pts to sit in a lobby alone?????

OMG in germany costs "Im Legend" the movie 480 MSP SD(5,70€/9$) and HD(7€), would anyone pay that? Thats not fair!

@anon3 i fully agree with you here. i understand that there are license issues with movies, so the difference there is something I can lie with. But everything handling with games makes me angry. due to ms release policy I am not able to dl gow maps on regular channels, trailers are blocked, demos aren´t available no inside xbox, we even didn´t get a free stuff blade in the maretplace (because there is no free stuff over here in germany/europe). i mean its nice that you guys (I mean you @ms) sold 10 million consoles in the us, and therefore the us is your main market, but the other 9 millions where sold some place else, don´t forget that!

I had a go on Timeshift after the new free maps came out and it was still totally dead. Shame really as I never actually managed to get a game online. Producers should concentrate on solo expereinces unless they make a truly excellent online game. Recently Condemned 2 and Dark Sector have both had poor online modes not worth having.

I guess the rest of the world can't read. The trailers are for everywhere but Canada and US. Stop with the strawman arguments. Sony delays everything more than MS. The whole console was late, BC was killed for Europe, Dualshock 3 controllers still aren't in Europe. Nintendo is no better. Only 360 has Rock Band in Europe. Smash Bros is being delayed because Nintendo can't localize two pages of text and "Ugh" in a few languages. Give up the "MS discriminates against us poor Europeans" nonsense already.

IF Microsoft really do intend to 'conquer' the gaming market through digital downloads et al, as they have stated, they REALLY need to stop with the discrimination, and release fun little things WORLDWIDE.

America does not = the entire world.

Otherwise, Sony WILL and as a result, will tempt more 360 owners and afficiendos, who are quickly getting sick of all this crap (in Europe and Aus especially) away from the yankee-centric crippling practices.

I wish more "dead" games had FREE DLC, especially DLC with achievements...there are plenty of games out there whose DLC isn't even discounted, much less free. TimeShift is a pretty decent game, especially considering it can be picked up at bargain prices, and has a total of 24 maps now, with a 1250 gamerscore, and you don't have to pay for the DLC. Who knows, maybe it will be revived! That being said, last weeks TimeShift DLC has some of us all messed up...those that had the game still, got the download and update, received the 5 new achvs, but didn't get the points. Todays download did not have an AU with it, and when I recovered my account not only did the achvs not "count" and were reset, but now they are locked. Hopefully this will be patched sometime. If you dodged the achvs last week, def pick the game up or give it a rental, as everything is straightened out now.

Timeshift is dead multiplayer-wise. Not sure why developers put out stuff for games that aren't popular anymore.
