i actually bought this game 2 days ago..

i can tell you now that in my opinion, its a way below average game.. i mean top spin 2 to me, looks visually better, runs smoother, and plays 500% better.

the new control style sucks, its way to hard to do the simple things. i mean sure you can argue the point that once you get used to it, you'll be fine.. but here's the problem..

when you have mates over and you want to play it, everyone has to learn the new controlls and i can tell you that it isnt easy to pick up, so instead of learning the controls, you just put in a new game..

i dont return alot of xbox 360 games as i own roughly 55+ xbox 360 games (not including arcade games) but im glad i bought it from eb games, so i can at least return the game for a full refund.. (ebgames are one of the only shops to allow refunds on games in australia)

the game could of been so much more.. maybe top spin 4 will be a winner if that ever comes out.

Hope it's better than Top Spin 2. I really liked the original Top Spin but didn't like 2 for some reason I don't remember or maybe I'm thinking of Virtua Tennis.

Guess I'll have to wait a few hours and get it on the PS3 instead...again. No wonder I haven't bought a 360 game since febuary compared to the 7 I've bought for PS3. (Anything released since then on my GC was a rental) Last 360 game was The Club wich went as far as to not even let silver memebers use leaderboards. Ah well silver are unwanted customers anyway right?

Just tried it, I guess the demo is pretty much the school part as the actual exibition is over in minutes lol.

I can see why my mate didn't like it, basically totally changed the control scheme. I guess once you get used to it, it could be fantastic, almost the tennis equivalent of Fight Night Round 3 (best sports and best controls in a game EVER).

Has anyone sucessfully completed the advanced school part? It's not too clear as to WHEN you have to tilt the stick.

It's available too "All Xbox LIVE regions" because the game is not doing to well.
