Man I can tell how young most of the posters here are.. Testament used to be HUGE. very popular 80s metal band. and Electric Crown is a great tune.

Testament owns. I hope we get more stuff from them (especially older and newer stuff...Electric Crown is sort of in the middle of their catalog). Older stuff is great Bay Area thrash, newer stuff is brutal as hell but still very listenable.

Superstar bands with hit songs more than once in a while? It seems like they go with the semi good songs if they do release something from a good band. No real super hits. Best of the Who was pretty good, but that's by far the exception. I like older stuff too, but I'd like some 80s-90s rock/metal. GnR, Motly Crue, Van Halen, even Poison or more Bon Jovi if it was some of the popular songs.

Testament is one of the best songs in the game now. Scars On Broadway I enjoyed singing with. I think I might can actually get the "flawless" singing achivo with this song. First time out it was 90%. So I will keep practicing.

Again, much love to the folks at Harmonix for the METAL. And while some folks commenting over at 1Up do not seem to understand "Metal Heads" and their love of their music, it is nice to see some effort being put forth. Because you get tired of sounding like a wounded duck trying to sing some of more "MTV Friendly" songs.

I also picked up Pinball FX (Milkman approved!) and the extra tables for it. While the game is awesome (IT IS!), if you are an achivo fiend you might hate this game and what it makes you do to get the achivos in it.

So to summarize - More METAL DLC for Rock Band. Pinball FX is great. Points I had now just a memory.

XBox 360 - See you guys at Christmas '08 when I purchase DLC again...

They each cost 160 Microsoft Points. As mentioned earlier, it seems like Major Nelson put an extra "Availability" line where there should be a "Price" line.

The Rock Band players are jealous of Guitar Hero III players because no DragonForce DLC has been announced for their game of choice yet. They want to see the word "Failed" more often. :P

Scars of Broadway is a band made from 2 members of System of a Down, pretty much sounds like SOAD w/out Serj Tankian.

First, SMOOCHES to Helen and the gang for the Testament love.

Second, today IS a special day, as it will be the first day since I purchased Rez on day one that I am buying content off XBox Live.

Testament for sure, maybe SOB, because that album is not that bad. Maybe they can put out "stoner-hate" at some point.

Finally, I have an excuse to throw in Rock Band since I have been on quite the Guitar Hero kick as of late.

If you own a PS2 and want Rock Band, get your tail to FRY'S TODAY. Today is the last day of their $99 Rock Band PS2 bundle. You buy that and the Track Pack Vol 1 for PS2, and your total outlay is $130 + TAX for ALL OF IT. If only MS could do something like that for us 360 users.
