Anon 66 You know why Team Fortress 2 is not in the top ten? Valve has not released any new content. There are only a handful of maps and one gametype. It gets boring after a while. They need to release new content if they ever want to get in te top ten. That is why Halo 3 is in the top ten at #1. 2 Map packs and a free map, there is a third to be released this fall as well. CoD4 is in second place because they have not released any new content or updated there game in too long. It's all about updates and new content, they save a game or break it.

Good to see Halo 3 on top still. I never understood why COD is so popular. It is fun and all but it is not very challenging.

Its not like this list represents the quality of a game,just which ones more popular on line.

Oh and yay for Battlefield:Bad Company moving up.I keep hearing that its dead,but this proves otherwise.

Well I must say that is has been no surprise to C COD 4 on the top for the past months, because of its speedingfull gameplay. Let's get real, Halo 3 is a remarkable good game, but COD 4 has the speed!! After playing COD 4 for a month or so, Master Chief is feeling like a ton of steel when you get back into the halo universum!!

But still good to C that it is on the top!!

Dear God..... Somebody please get rid of these Fanboys. Fanboys do nothing but kill the gaming experience. Halo 3 is Garbage!! Only good game that came from Bungie is Halo 1, and you can take that to the bank. The only reason Halo 2 hold to Original Xbox spot is because it's the only game worth playing, because originals are no longer being made and everything on the original was junk(aside from Halo 1 which doesn't have multiplayer). I bet if Halo 1 had Multiplayer based off of the way they thought back then, Halo 1 would hold the spot, not Halo 2. Bungie lost sight of what the "Gamers" wanted and made another junk game. Halo 3 only hold the top 360 spot because the community was built after Halo 1. Most don't like Halo 3, they only play it becaue they are loyal fans, and their buddies are playing it (also loyal fans). Halo 3 brings nothing new to the table, only loyal Fanboys....

Pleassee!! more people need to go on Orange Box (TF2) That game really deserves to be in to top 5 let alone top 10. Its a realy shame that no one plays it, as it is such an incredible game. Also its good to see halo 3 back in its rightfull position.

I'm more surprised than anything that GTA is still up there. Also, I find it weird how Rock Band is supposed to be the ultimate multiplayer band experience and GHIII seems to consistently be on top of it (maybe not,...haven't been watching it).

I'm not too worried about the Halo3/COD4 struggle for first. I'm guessing it's because IW doesn't have the brains to give us double experience or add new prestiges. The best they're doing is new playlists which will most likely cause more frustration as they're more hardcore modes. I'd definitely play more Halo if they added a permanent team snipers and the new maps were free. I'm THAT cheap.

Nothing will ever stop the Halo empire. You've all taken your shots at it, and it still remains on the top. GoW couldn't do it. GTA4 couldn't do it. COD4 couldn't do it. GoW2 will be released, be on top for a few weeks, and then Halo will ascend back to the top. A "Halo killer" is an oxymoron. Nothing will stop Halo.

Seriously?

You guys do realize that the Call of Duty 4 players have simply moved on to trying new games such as Battlefield: Bad Company. This is a good thing actually. The Halo-faithful however will continue to play the game until Microsoft turns the lights off on Xbox Live. Such is the dedication of the Halo NATION.
