Lol I use "The Final Countdown" as my main ringtone and a default SMS since I have an iphone and refuse to pay for a ringtone, luckily Apples block on custom rintones is easily by passed. Now I just need to find that cutie mentioned in the article who like arrested development as much as me.

for my main ring tone i use the beginning part of lies by save ferris. when my wife calls i use the theme from pee wee's big adventure. my text message is the nextel chirp major had on twitter a few weeks back.

oh man... iPhone doesn't let you set a custom tone for sms text msgs... so I used the MGS Codec as my ringtone.

if you get tunebite, a program to take out DRM..., it comes with ringhero. It is a convenient little utility for people who dont have usb cables or sd cards, and cant use bluetooth... or just dont want to go to the trouble... as long as you can use a little internet(like 150 kb per 30 sec ringtone, or less for sms)... I believe it is still a free app. and it is convenient even if you have another way to transfer to phone just to cut the file size down a bit...

Can the Motorola Q9 use mp3 files as ringtones? I was under the impression that it had to be a .midi or something like that to be used as a ringtone on any phone.

I have "Flutter" by Bonobo as my ring tone, and the Xbox 360 Achievement Unlocked sound - which you shared with us - for an alert. Awesome stuff.

Currently using Super Mario 3 map theme for main ringtone (www.vgmusic.com/.../sm3grass.mid), with Hammer Bros theme (www.vgmusic.com/.../smb3hbros.mid) set to family members.

Considering switching to the Star Tropics title screen theme - www.vgmusic.com/.../st_title.mid ...
