Halo3 was beat by cross platform game for months and now that it is on top of xbox live people are having nerdgasms. When the new game modes come out for CoD4 Halo will fall again.

I still cant believe that kids are fighting over the two best games in gaming history. Both are awesome games that people wont forget. Be thankful we have gaming where its at today. And is UT3 good or bad? Havent played it yet but i thought itd make a big hit from the trailers they got for it.

Glad to see Gears of War now pass Guitar Hero III. One day it might pass GTA IV, since GTA IV's Multiplayer is not exactly long lasting like GOW's Multiplayer.

Nice to see Halo 3. COD 4 gets boring fast and the community complain too much. I'm waiting for GoW 2.

lol at all the people blaming new games for cod suckage. infinity ward doesn't know how to handle a community and they retarded devlopers. You know the new games argument also applies to halo since they're both on the same console.

I'm happy as hell that Soulcalibur IV is in the top ten. Well deserved, and thanks to the Xbox 360 community for proving to Namco that we love fighting games. :-)

The reason CoD4 drops it because people are switching to newer games like battlefield: bc and UT3....

With bungie continuously releasing new maps for halo 3, it's no wonder why they're on top. CoD4 only released one map pack which everyone is already tired of.

If GOW2 doesn't come out with a good multi then it will fall back to Halo sooner or later. P.S. COD4 multiplayer sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think that yes, when GOW2 comes out it will dethrone Halo 3 from the top spot, but I think that will only be for 6 months or so. I may be wrong, but Halo is the most consistently fun game out there. Gears online sucks, but the hype is getting to me and I'm only hoping Gears 2 has some decent multiplayer. But in the end, Halo 3 will be the most played Xbox Live game, period.

COD4 BLOWS!!! It has the worst community and nothing but "I kill you, you kill me" Game modes. Halo has Forge theater and gametypes like griffball.

Halo 3 is terrible. COD4 is fun but they don't have the die hard fans like Halo has. That's the only reason H3 is on top again. Once Gears 2 comes out though bye bye Halo 3 at number 1 for the rest of the 360's life span. I would love to see how far the list goes and what games are on it. Shadowrun has a pretty dedicated community, i wonder what it places.
