"Availability: Not available in Germany, Japan and Korea" Because just USA, Canada and Europe are the rest of the world, right? How about "Not available in South America, Africa, Middle East, etc..."? Or maybe, "Only available in USA Canada and Europe (except Germany)"? I hate not to exist for a company wich I'm giving my money to. And BTW, I don't blame my goverment (I'm from Chile), since they couldn't care less about videogames. I'm sure they would instantly approve whatever makes money, like an M rated game.

Well, let me be the first to say that this game didn't age well at all!! I remember it being sooo much better!! Thank goodness for demo's, this game is horrible!! But, at least if it sells well we'll finally get Duke Nukem: Forever. At lease it will look next-gen!!

I live in the states, but I'm curious about all you "VPN" people. I assume that it's being blocked by IP and not the location on the credit card that was associated with your account. If that's the case, you people who can't VPN because you don't know anyone in the states that understand computers and networking can use a router that can route your traffic through a TOR node in the states. You should be able to get it that way. If the xbox has a place to type in a SOCKS proxy (I've never checked), you can setup tor on your computer that tell it to let other IPs use tor. Then use that computer as a proxy on your xbox.

I well chuffed repaired box came back Yesterday so had to download it. Brings a tear to my eye. Thought i was a child when i last played this. Then realised it came out in 1996 when i was 21. It must be my age.

I'm an Australian living in Japan.

I am subscribed to Xbox Live using my Australian credit card.

I was really looking forward to doing co-op with my brother but i can't due this damn IP blocking.

I am not happy.

Is there a way to download Duke Nukem 3D short of going back to Australia and downloading it there?
