I just turned on my xbox since live has been down and now I have the 3 red lights of death. Does anyone else have this same issue

Alright so I narrowed it down the only way I could fix the system hang when I go on to live is to delete and recover my gamertag but when I go to d/l megaman 9 that I spent my ms points on it freezes again as soon as it gets ready to go. WTF is going on here??

be happy you can sign in every time I try to jump on my profile it starts to load my dashboard and kinda signs in only to get my hopes up and crushed when my system freezes so I made a dummy profile to see if it was my console and low and behold when I don't try and connect to live my system doesn't lock up awesome so frustrating I was really looking forward to buying mega man 9 today.... anyone else having this problem???

Halo 3 EXP is back online for me. Pity what I could have earned over the last two days wasn't retroactively applied though.

I'm getting this code today when I try to connect onto Live. No, i cannot be baned because I don't play "backups" I play only originals so what's the problem? I can't find any sort of explanation for these codes...

So let's see:

24-hour maintenance took more than 24 hours, CoD4 and Halo 3's ranking systems are screwed up, people had random disconnects and problems signing in, we were told it was fixed and so we still have the same problems.

Let's put all the crappy 800 point arcade games into a raffle/tombola/roulette and pick one out at random.

I too appreciate the hard work and complcated structure of Live, but playing on live occasionally and arranging a session for tonight with friends now been trashed gets annoying. I remember this happening on at least two other occasions after maintenance and it's happened yet again.. Microsoft get ready to release another Arcade game for free (and none of the rubbish that has come out over the past month, really sub-standard IMO). For a £40 a year service, with Sony's being free and Windows LIVE too plus the fact that I can't play most of my arcade games unless i'm connected to live due to the stupid once a year Migration tool rule this kinda sucks.
