It's true. If you buy a brand new copy of NBA 09 you will get a code to get 365 for free. If you buy a used copy, you'll have to purchase the feature. It's a way to get people to buy games new instead of used so they can gain more of the profit.

Wish away, I wouldn't mind an rspb or rspca theme, hell I'l happily pay if the money goes to them.

The xbox360 is around 3-4 years old, with live being around 8, if it hasn't happened by now I don't think it will.

Maybe Larry, could give more information?

I was a bit surprised to see that you have to pay for "NBA Live 365". But if the first post in this article is correct, and a code for "NBA Live 365 does come with a brand new copy of "NBA Live 09", then it is perfectly fine. Obviously it was made for people who get the game second hand. Still though, I don't even know if the second hand players should still have to pay for it. They are just updates, I mean, does 2K Sports charge you for that "Living Rosters" thing.

Wow, I thought Dynamic DNA was going to be a feature that's given to you when you buy the game... Or at least that's what the videos seemed to make it out as... Oh well, just another example of EA trying to nickel and dime consumers. They won't get my $60 for the game and they won't get my 800 MS Points for a feature that should have been included in the game since they mentioned it in dev diaries.
