Because its annoying and if you played a lot of trials then it takes up alot of room on your played games list and thusly takes forever to scroll through them especially if you have also played more than half the actual disk games available for the 360.

I would like to know if there are plans to change the license transfer to more than just once a year I honestly Don't see why that information isn't saved to your hard drive, cause I have had 3-360's not cause any of them broke but just because twice times have gotten rough and I needed the cash. But besides that I plan to get an Elite for myself soon and give my brother my current 360 for christmas and I transferred all my licenses the day the tool came out so if I do get the elite I have to wait over half a year before I can take it to a friends house who doesn't have internet?

I mean seriously, lets be honest, the 360 is past the halfway point of it's lifespan.

Giving it a virtual facelift accomplishes nothing, especially since when I want to play a game, I spend all of 10 seconds on the dashboard before I launch the game and start playing.

There are a couple cool features, like the install to hard drive option, and the download from the website option, but the entire dashboard makeover is a total waste of resources.

Movie and photo sharing could be added to new Xbox experience:

The New Xbox Experience which is due out on November 19th will bring with it loads of new features, however one feature that won't be included as standard is the ability to share movies and photos with your friends online. However, the Xbox director of marketing has suggested that the respective 'missing' feature could easily be added in the future due in part to the improved structure of the Xbox dashboard.

quote:

"There are plenty of new features coming with the New Xbox Experience when it launches on November 19, but one that won't be included is the ability to share movies and photos with your friends online. But according to Xbox director of marketing Albert Penello, that's a feature that could easily be added in the future thanks to the soon-to-be revamped structure of the Xbox dashboard.

When asked by MTV Multiplayer (via Joystiq) whether the ability to have online movie parties -- perhaps by sharing streaming Netflix movies with other friends who are also Netflix members -- would eventually be added to the service, Penello simply answered, "Yes. Those types of things are certainly the aspiration."

One major change the new Xbox dashboard is bringing is that it'll make the service entirely server-based. This means it'll be far easier for Microsoft to add these types of new features in the future, as they can be plugged in without having to issue a new patch."

Is this true??????
