Loaded up the demo with my son and we are both loving it. It still has that classic Banjo feel, and I think the vehicles really add to the sense of fun.

+ I can relive the classic Banjo on XBLA. So what's not to love?

To all the jerks saying the graphics suck, and the lack of VOs is a let down you most likely never played the orignal game. It has a style to it that the team at RARE wanted to keep to make sure it was still Banjo, Kazooie. The text dose go by fast but I can keep up if you gamed on PCs you would know how to speed read and fast because one second your typeing a response and the next your dealing out the pain.

Banjo and Kazooie have been this way from day one, no words just like CrashBandaCoot. And you all love that to death. The style is blocky because thats the way Banjo has been even on the N64, and PSone it was like that. I for one love the demo thats for sure! It has great colors, and even better animations then I expected. The vehicle mini games are not too over the top or too challangeing but there is also a major platforming element to the game as well. You can't get all the music symbols with vehicles as some claim, there are some that you have to get on foot or not at all so there is a big platforming part to take place in this game. All the old charictors are back, and the new vehicle system is a nice idea thats not over played. Heck they don't allow you to drive tanks around the towns, and all you get to drive around town with is a cart and there is some good platforming gameplay that is tied into all of that.

You have to use a magic wrench to pick things up and with the game useing real world phsisics now it's a bit harder to do this time around, also you can run over people and they wont die, they will even jump out of the way if your acting like a mad man. LOL! I love the fur on Banjo, and Kazooies feathers look great! Also the only thing I don't like is that the game tends to lag a bit with all the cool watter splash effects but that could easly be fixed before release, or in a patch. Plus the watter stuff is great, you can swim, climb, jump attack, and even dogy paddle!

The biggest single player demo i have played. I played this demo for about four hours! FOUR HOURS! Thats pretty generous for a demo i think! And you also get a multiplayer demo, that i guess will be much funnier in the real game.

Um, not to insist, well, actually I do, have you heard of Gex, Soccer Kid, Bubsy (play him once, but keep away - it, he gets VERY annoying - he talks), Tomba!, Klonoa: Door to Phantomile Ty The Tasmanian Tiger, Tak & The Power of Juju, Tak 2: The Staff of Dreams, God of War, God of War 2, and the list goes on, but THOSE games are important if you are a gamer.

I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY suggest these games since you have never experienced them. Some of them you can probably play on gametap (if they offer it in Canada), but the games I listed are best played on their respecctive release consoles (Gex is far superior on the 3DO than it was on PSOne - controls are much more responsive and the "Uh-Oh 3DO" songs fits much better. Check youtube, though Gex is my favorite game, a personal video for MYSELF I posted there seems to attract fans, young and old to leave comments for it.

Warning: God of War and God of War 2 are M Rated games, for quite a few reasons: blood, gore, violence and adult situations. But as a platformer and storytelling. I have yet to see a game with game play and story be so intriguing on a console go so smoothly.

After my 2nd system went ?!?!? (not red ring, it would just stop playing ALL games, Disc based and Arcade downloads after 2 hours and a few minutes). Before that, my Media Center Connection went down and never would respond. Well, after I got my new system in, I finally connected it back to Media Center and now I record my TV shows and watch them during my non-game time. LOST is my fave as I was never into it when it was popular.

The codec for Media Center video is odd and makes HUGE files, though I can just change the extension to wmv, THEN take it into ANY Video Converter program, convert it to avi, THEN take it into Adobe Premier and edit out the commercials. I just skip past them now, then rewind back to the few seconds that are skipped accidentally. NetFlix is going to replace it as soon as I get NXE downloaded! Field of Dreams (I never watched it, but the Scene It: BOS Demo had that clip that was so funny! "... you're a sixties guy... [grabs bug spray and starts spraying Kevin Costner] Get Out, Get Out!..." - Hilarious!) and The Host will most likely be my first two movies on NetFlix.

Um, dude, you need to turn the TV 'ON', because that is NOT Banjo Kazooie. I played the Multiplayer - its is great for kids, but for 13+, nope. I was interrupted for a Too Human adventure, so I'm going to TRY to play the ACTUAL Campaign game later this evening. It looks awesome. I love the colors and graphics.

And this is NOT Kameo (I love that game too). I'm glad it is NOT as detailed as that is it does not need to be.

And while we're at it. Did you beat Kameo? I'm having REALLY hard time finishing the game AFTER you beat the last boss, you have "Tie Up Loose Ends", for the Game Complete The game has been fully completed!! Achievement. I've looked for FAQS and such, but WHAT is it or do we need to find that witch thing!? Thanks.
