Too late for me. After the so-so experience of World Tour, i'll stick to the pros at Harmonix from now on. I know Activision is doing the best they can. But Guitar Hero is like Barry Switzer. They took over something great from an actual talented developer, managed to ride that wave for a year with GHIII, which was decent. But now with World Tour, their inexperience is starting to show.

Dukenator, don't complain, you get fucking LITTLE WING. I just wish they would put up Castles Made of Sand or 1983...(A Merman I Should Turn to Be) cause that would be sick

They are selling only SOME of the tracks separately, for example there's a track pack (The Raconteurs) coming out later in the month that will be available as a pack and separately.
