4:01 PM PDT = 7:01 PM EDT, not 7:00 EST... :-)

And that's assuming, of course, that it's done on time. Personally, I was hoping that they'd overestimated the amount of time it would take, a la Scotty, and then SURPRISE! be done early. Looks more and more like that ain't the case.
