This doesn't really "make up" for the Black Friday fiasco - the only way to do that is a specific non-US sale, and then not ever doing anything so stupid ever again - but it's good.

Of course, in real terms this still leaves us quite a lot down as Microsoft in real terms have increased the price of MS points by 2.136% this week by not passing on the VAT cut…

Notably the 360 fell even further behind the PS3 in terms of online media this week in the UK as the PS3 launched BBC iPlayer and the Xbox has... nothing.

WOWEE! A SALE FOR DLC THAT NEARLY EVERYONE THAT OWNED HALO 3 BOUGHT HALF A YEAR AGO!

I bought it for 800/$10 when it came out. Where is my early adoption bonus for being gypped $2.50 extra on top of this week adding another $2.50

Here's a crazy idea, Microsoft: Put items for non-popular games up on sale. I'd love to get reduced price Blue Dragon items, for instance. WHO KNOWS! MAYBE SOMEONE WOULD GO OUT TO GET A GAME TO TRY THE CHEAPER DLC FOR!

Um, you missed out man. That game is MEGA LONG making it MEGA HARD!! The demo is decent, but tricks you thinking all the bosses will be 'Nintendo-Easy', "Yeh, right!" I never played the trial of part two, though I downloaded it with intentions to.

Hmm... Avatar Clothing every two weeks? Is today 2 weeks or tomorrow? I have MS Points and I'm not afraid to use them! (Actually I am.)
