Call of Duty 4 was and still is a spectacular game, a worthy runner-up to Halo 3 in 2007. But I don't find World at War to be that great of a game. Anything that is good about it came from what was good about Call of Duty 4. It doesn't stand on its own two feet.

For my Call of Duty fix, I'll head on over back to number 4. But I'll be playing Halo 3 to the end of time anyway. Long live the King.

Fallout 3 at #8! I think this is amazing considering there is no multiplayer, no co-op, no nothing, just single player goodness.

Community Games top10 is always a rich source of incredible news. Johnny platform biscuit an hit? I went up on top like a maverick (unbelievable. The 'masterpiece' of Fireworks lost his first place (what a shame!!)and another 3hoursdevelopment game as Sin(surfing). The greatest game of Community games Carneyvale Showtime only 4th others good ones like Crystal Crush or Totem so deep i nthe popularity. Many questions are open: Who buy Community Games? Are community gamers insane or MS database is out of order? Nobody Knows.....

I hated WaW, it sucks compared to 4 and I would never buy it. I'll wait for Modern Warfare 2 thank you very much. I guarantee that unlike CoD5, MW2 will rocket to the #1 spot launch weekend.

I hate World at War so much.. Such a terrible misuse of the CoD4 engine. Gears 2 should be heading to the #1 spot next report with the patch that's going to be released soon.

If rankings are based on UU's, how are the numbers anywhere close to valid for Halo 3? People with multiple accounts trying for rank 50 plague this game. UU's don't mean anything about how many people are playing.

@JustinJDW: What do Christmas sales have to do with Halo 3 "being on top again" later? You're assuming people who got it for X-mas are going automatically go back to Halo 3. There's a chance that won't happen. The CoD community was split, but I believe that X-mas sales brought more CoD4 players over to WaW. And considering how long CoD4 was on top before WaW came out...there's a chance Halo 3 won't be at number 1 again for a long time.
