I think that jojo is right why should I pay almost $2.00 to do a five minute quest if this is going to be the way that it works it is going to get old quick.

I agree on the Wizard Tower. I thought I'd try it and it is cool. 150 points is nothing compared to the value IMHO.

I will definitely check out the Den now...

oblivion content shouldnt be free but it shouldnt be 150 points each small dl... it should be like 500-1000 for like a whole bunch of content or just like 50 points each dl seperately...

Thats all well and good if bethesda didn't already say that they would be releasing expansion packs IN ADDITION TO THE "CONTENT" that they have been releasing in spurts (which is all complete btw, and just being dripped out 1 package at a time, for optimal marketing orgasm).

To make a statement, just don't buy it. So long as people do buy it, don't expect it to change, and not only from bethesda, but any game dev or pub that is releasing this kinda stuff.

the way i look at this microtransactions is this. if u look at pcs, they get an expansion pack to their games a few months after the main title releases. they cost 20 to 30 dollars and they usually only add a few weapons, maps, and the tweak the only component. u get a far better deal with what ms is doing on the 360. take oblivion for example. two new buildings and benefits. new armours (though sad price), and now u can get a whole new quest that will really create new things for u to do in the game. all this cost like 8 dollars together, mayb 10. thats much less then what a pc expansion cost. at let me tell u, ive bought some expansions that do nothing. only blizzard really makes a great expansion pack on the pc. i mean do u guys who complain about microtransactions complain when u gotta pay for the popcorn at a movie? i however do think the hourse armour was ommitted from the finished product. and a rip off.

Those of use with a 360 should boycott any new content for Oblivion until Bethesda pulls their fingers out and release a long overdue patch to fix the growing number of major gamestopping bugs.

This content is not free on the pc BUT there is a crapload ana half of AWESOME FREE content on the pc that is player mad. From small mods like the dimensional hole to mods that completely change the leveling system to entire adventures with new quests and storyline all completely FREE and made by the players and not some sham content spit out that takes 5 minutes to consume.

Lame lame lame Bethesda. All you fanboys that support this dreck are just ignorant and should probibily educate yourself before you look any more fruity than you already do.
