Yep, go to Memory, then over your HDD, press "Y", followed by X, X, LB, RB, X, X.

This will clear your 360's cache, and remove the patches for ALL your 360 games.

Is anyone else having these problems after installing the update? My gameplay has really become a pain and I'm thinking of putting the game down all-together because I start to forget what I was doing between load screens.
