In the past few hours, the Xbox Operations Center noticed that a large number of members were disconnected from Xbox LIVE, some more than once. Our Engineering teams are actively working to determine the root cause of this issue and to prevent it from happening again. If you are disconnected, you should be able to reconnect after a few minutes. Thanks for your patience as we work quickly to solve the issue.

Update: From reading comments, I see that some folks are still having issues. The Operations center is investigating.
Update: If you are having issues, I suggest you contact support. At this point LIVE members should have no problem connecting and staying connected to LIVE.

If you are having problems connecting or you are getting discconnected we’re looking for additional information.
Email me Major @ Xbox.com with your gamertag AND your Public IP.
Do NOT post your public ip information here, or I will have to delete it. Just send that to me in Email that I can forward on to my engineers.
