Cool, SBK08 was quite a decent bike sim, be interesting to see what/if they have improved anything, mind you, the chance to ride an Aprilia again in a game is something to be pleased about, its been a loooonnng time (SBK01 I think?) since you could do that.

Actually quite surprised with the demo.

Great graphics, sound and gameplay. 27 bikes on track at the same time is MEGA!

Might have to pick this up.

Better than the mighty Moto GP imo.

You guys make me laugh with your ‘look at us Americans not complaining blah blah blah..’. It’s only because a very small percentage of stuff DOESN’T get released to you (and it’s usually stuff no-one cares about anyway!). If 75% of xbox live content didn’t get released in USA I’m sure you’d be moaning and shouting more than we do…. so STFU😉

Same studio as this years MotoGP… and that was a flop. It’s really too bad as Millestone used to be great when they worked with EA on that SBK series in 2000.

SBK 09 demo tested : Great ! At least we have “real” sensations since Tourist Trophy. And differents levels of gameplay really nice between Arcade and Simulation… Millestone really made progress since the 2008 edition !

Play nice. I take it SBK is a motorcycle – okay motorbike type game? When Road Rash hits even MotoGP will have to take a back seat. ONLY if it is ported directly from the 3DO or if Burnout Paradise-like effects like the cars (not the bikes) are adhered to it. I’ll check this one out on youtube.

SBK stands for SuperBiKe, these are 1000cc (4 cylinder) or 1200cc (v-twins) road based bikes, its the premier worldwide road based motorcycle racing series, and provides arguably better racing than MotoGP.

Each region has its own geographical variant, i.e. BSB in the UK, AMA in the states etc etc, which use the same, or similar machinery.

As for the 09 version of the game, its suprisingly quite a bit better than 08 was, and that was pretty good.
