    Hey Major, I’m not sure if you’ve heard, but there is a demo for NCAA 10. Not to be off-topic or anything…

    That NCAA demo has been out for almost two weeks…Hey Tjoeb123, don’t know if you heard, but NCAA 2010 released yesterday! Definitely giving this demo a look, as I was planning on skipping it from screenshots + price “formula”!

    I’m probably NOT going to buy this game for the simple fact it uses you avatar.

    I’ve been asking for an option to completely disable theses stupid things since the launch of the NXE, but instead of giving us that option they start forcing us to use them in games too.

    And what’s worse is one of my favorite games is going to use them too. Guitar Hero 5.

    I’m sorry, but I really hate these avatars (have since day one) and I’ll probably always hate them. It might have been different if they weren’t FORCED on us, but we didn’t have a choice in the matter. I would have also been different if my 360 would have been like this when I bought it, but it wasn’t.

    If I knew I was just going to end up with a Wii I would have just bought a Wii and saved myself some money.

    This game is actually pretty fun, after playing the demo also (which has online MP), I picked it up.The online is a blast, and there is a ton of unlockables.

    @Whetzel
    you’re not forced to use your avatar in this game, sure there is a option to play a avatar game mode, you dont need to play it for any achievements. And from what I have noticed, there isnt a game mode where there are avatars and madballs mixed.

    I take back what I said for my first impressions of this game, it’s actually not bad! I thought it looked horrible in previews but in practice it sort of works. I had been worried this was another TotemBall.

    Your life must be pretty sad if the avatar bothers you that much.

    If avatars bother you so much that you would decide against buying a game you otherwise might consider, you really, really need to get those priorities straight. You don’t have to like avatars, but what you’re doing is just childish and silly.

    If you like the game, then get over yourself and buy it, or stop whining about the avatars.

    It’s called protesting. I don’t like the fact that these avatars were forced on us. They’re unnecessary and childish and the adults shouldn’t be forced to use them if they don’t want to.

    Anyone who actually likes them and wants to use them, more power to them. I’m not hear to judge, but I would have really liked an option to completely opt out of using/seeing them.
