    why are these games never released in the UK?(that’s ‘games’ …i am not moaning about the demo not being released here!!)

    i know its Hunting etc,but i don’t think we have had one Cabela game,they do fishing games as well don’t they?

    this goes for a lot of other games,like the History Channel games,we have the History channel,but not the games…i know they may be mega crap,but still,it would be nice if we got the choice to have these games also

    There is one in the UK but with budgeted titles like this, its hard to find a publisher willing to put it out in multiple regions. Take Crash Time/II (and soon III) – the first only out in Europe, II only in Germany and probably III will only be in Germany.

    For some reason I cant find this when I look for it on the xbox. I had to use the link to add it to my queue through the web site.

    Not much going on for me in terms of demos/xbla games/DoW on LIVE for me this week. So glad Contra:Rebirth for Wiiware was released to fill the new game void for the week. Awesome game.

    The Cabela games are primarily hunting, especially the “Big Game Hunter” series. Alaskan Adventures and the Outdoor Adventure series have some different types of fishing in them, but if it’s a fishing game you want, Rapala makes those (there are two out now…Fishing Frenzy and Tournament Fishing), with a new version (by Bass Pro Shops) coming out soon with a fishing rod controller. @metallicorphan; The main problems is that these games are ‘advertising’ games (kinda like Movie Games) and were initally made to sell the hunting and fishing products. I played the 2 fishing games and the first 3 hunting ones all purchased from 1 of our 2 major gaming stores as they seem to have a monopoly on their sales. T2H, they have moved away from the simulation that they were and ended up a simple arcadey advert for a quick 1000gs, ya’ not missing much.

    Wow people actually buy this advertising game crap? This ranks right up there with Yaris… yeah that’s right, I went there. And at least Yaris was free!

    Hmm, I’ve always wanted to play a ‘better’ version of ‘game hunting’. The last one for me was ‘House of the Dead’ as it had a gun zapper. Are we EVER going to get a zapper gun for the Xbox360? “Hello Namco…. Hello, can we please get a Guncon III?” (I am being sarcastic, although we have Ridge Racer 6, Ace Combat 6, Soul Calibur, Soul Calibur IV and soon Tekken 6 – why not a peripheral to boot?)

    @MACPH1ST0
    ‘Advertising’? Um, friend, this is a free demo. (smiles). Remember: Use more depth charges, not cowbell.

    @ Warrengonline: I was obviously referring to the game itself and not this demo. I’m still working on a translation for the rest of what you said.
