Tried the demo and… Oh, well… I don’t know if the demo is long or not because after a couple of minutes i quitted. Combo and Moves are boring. I don’t like the game, not a little bit. Sometimes it’s too chaotic and it seems to be hard to recognize your character (Only 1 of the 4 available is clothed in a very different way) if you play a co-op game. Of course you can use the special button to glow but it’s such a wasting of HP (HP drops if special hits, like other games).

I think Castle Crashers is still the King.

Castle Crashers was also confusing during Co-Op though, me & my friend would get confused with who was who on some stages. For the record, I have not tried The Warriors

The Warriors Street Brawl is horrendous. The entire game feels clunky and controls poorly. The graphics and sound are alright, but thats it. I was bored by the end of the trial. Very let down with this one.

They should have made the XBOX game compatible instead. I would download that for 1200 MS points in a heartbeat, but 800 points for that sub-par beat’em up? No thanks. Even Final Fight: Streetwise was better, and that was a horrendous game.

Hmmm.. The graphics look good, but that identification of self and others was a turn off in the past. I’d rather it be a symbol able my head. Note: I have not played it just yet. It reminds me of a NAMCO game on PS2 called Urban Reign. Crazy controls make it wild and full of frenzy – not a good play for more than a few moments. I will try this game and comment later.

Wo… I just finished recording Final Fight CD (6th level, last level) for youtube and I remember seeing FF:SW and it was a shame on the entire Final Fight universe. That was one game I did not have to play and it is classic 2D side-scrolling. I hope my play through is different on Warriors. Your mention of Streetwise struck a cord and it struck hard. Much harder than Criticom.😦

I managed to finish Urban Reign on PS2, it got some ace upon his sleeve. Gameplay was somewhat good in some stage and I liked some of the moves and partners characters. It was not a very good game but it was playable. But I didn’t manage to end The Warriors Demo!
