aww I need a new controller but I have 3 out of 4 of those games.

Oh well in Nov I’ll have the MW2 console 😀

The console looks like a good deal, may make it tougher to sell my old one in November.

  • Mcmax3000

Pretty good deals. I never played Lego Batman but Pure was really good.

  • Blue Thunder28

  • LTAcosta

Will we be able to get this before October 5th, so we can still get the 50 dollar rebate?

  • Bubbabenali

In the Xbox 360 Wireless Controller Game Pack is this the complete Lumines package or the basic Game?

  • Foxsnipe

Might want to double-check the description text for the Controller Pack. You mention GeoWars: Retro Evolved and link to it (the original) but the boxart shows show GeoWars 2.

If I ever need another controller I’ll jump on it, but three is already more than I need heh.

  • Jonah Falcon

Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved, Lumines LIVE!, Bomberman LIVE! and a downloadable token for Ms Pac-Man?

Oh, come ON. You could have come up with better XBLA titles, like maybe GeoWars TWO?

  • N3WB13 R0N

@jonah falcon it is geowars 2.. lol.. did you see the 2.. lol..

Anyways i like the deal for peple who dont already own the games i own every one expect for Geowars 2..

LEGO Batman is a keeper and nice offering with PURE. The XBLA games bundled with the Wireless Xbox 360 controller also has some great games (too bad I own ’em all, but for those that don’t have ’em, get it!).

  • Arsenic13

I do need a newer model 360 after my 5th Xbox just broke. Thanks MS!
    -end sarcasm

  • Louie

    A lego game? LOL

    This package is for children.

  • Warrengonline

Nice deals for new comers, not too much for people who might want to upgrade. but then FREE games equal FREE gifts or trades to other friends, so no loss.

But I would think the two games included would appeal to ALL – Mom, Dad (who usually has to coax Mom into validating the purchase), son (who whined for Dad to buy it in the first place and promised good grades) and sister (who could careless until she saw a game like Peggle being played by her brother). Sonic’s Ultimate Genesis Collection – aimed at the Family and enough games for everyone. Dr. Robotnik’s Mean Bean Machine is a game that A LOT of puzzle fans missed or are too young to even know if it. I LOVE PURE, but a game from the FORZA family (boasting online play and the mature attitude in the racing field) would be more to please and welcome them to the Xbox360 and Xbox Live Family. What I’d love to see (before April 2010) a Martial Arts Edition of the Xbox360 Elite with the 120GB/250GB, with Tekken 6 and The Last Dragon DVD movie Bundled inside (and displayed clearly on the box). “Who’s the the Baddest…. XBOX!”

If you wanted to sell any of these, you packed in the wrong Batman game.

  • Joergen8

Controllers are still too expensive as are the battery packs. I’m on my third controller having worn out the one I got with my launch premium (left stick moves by itself and is asymmetrically worn, right bumper doesnt always work) and the one I got as a second controller with my launch box (left stick moves by itself and is asymmetrically worn, right bumper doesnt always work, LS click doesnt work). My third controller came with my new 60GB premium that I got to replace the launch box that ran out of warranty.

My original battery pack hasnt charged for two years (lasted a year) and now blinks low battery even with the charging cord attached.

Gears of War 1 is to blame for this controller wear. Luckily Gears 2 and any subsequent gears will suck so much that I can save heaps of cash on both controllers and Epic games.

The 360 controller is the best console controller ever but its still not good enough.

  • x409RYAN409x

oh nice i might get this give my other 360 to my cousin who got RROD

  • KP ScuzzyBunny

Don’t take this the wrong way, but by making certain comparisons, I can very easily say if you are having those kinds of “problems” with controllers and battery packs, as a CASUAL gamer, you are definitely the cause by the way you are using them. I have always owned multiple systems, each with 4 wireless controllers, and have used them just about every day since launch, and except for the one controller that we destroyed playing Beijing Olympics, I have never had an issue with an MS wireless controller. As for battery packs, I am still using the one’s I purchased at launch, and a few black one’s I got when the elite first launched. You have to use them responsibly (like charging a cell phone)…don’t leave them “overcharging” on a cable or charge station, and they last a very long time.

  • sleepydumbdude

Hmmm might get that controller set if I can find it on sale.

  • Parassassin

Not bad, considering you can buy the super elite (250gb) and Forza 3 (upon release) for the same money????

  • KP ScuzzyBunny

The 250GB bundles are $399…$100 more expensive (but definitely worth it).

  • krisxx

Are the 4 games on disc or do you get download codes?

  • Stryker412

Anyone know when the Holiday Bundle will be available in stores? Amazon starts shipping them today with delivery at the earliest on 10/5. I was hoping to just get one in store earlier than that if possible.

  • Ark Hunter

My question as well, are three of the games on disk and Ms. Pac-Man a 5×5 code or are they all codes?
