I cant wait for Panzer General.

I have not played the others in the series, but I love card based games like Culdcept Saga, CCGs like Magic, and lots of actual board games. 800 points is nice, I hope it lives up to my expectations!

Slow week. Deal of the week is no deal, and the two LIVE Arcade games are just not stimulating me. This will be the second straight week I didn’t even at least think of downloading a game.

I’m more envious of o0 Daz 0o’s copy of The Strike. I thought it hadn’t come out, I certainly haven’t seen it anywhere.

Its a bad ass game man, the rod controller makes the game. It really feels like you have a fish on your line when you’re reeling in.

Wahoo…both games look good. Have to wait a couple of weeks though, just shipped my xbox off today because of the Red Ring of Death. =o(

@o0 Daz 0o: I bet, if it’s even 50% as fun as the Dreamcast one was, it’s a gem. I thought it was gimmicky when I first saw one, but after playing 5 min. I was hooked. 😀 Guess I am ebaying it, no local copies anywhere.

This week MAGIC dlc too. 400 MS Points, 3 new decks (one is the previosely unlockable one of the final boss…), new challanges (multi-turn ones!), a new boss (the Dragon), 6 new ladder levels, 3 new cards for every old deck and, the say, a couple achievements.

Anyway, looking to Panzer General. I think I’ll love it. I hope the demo will let you play a couple of missions and not only the tutorial.

@Lites – not sure when Toy Soldier drops, some time next year I think. It looks badass though, doesn’t it?

@MAJBrown – It does. My biggest concern is when the avatar awards are going to be available. It seems that got pushed back. But atleast we get Halo Waypoint on November 5th! yay!

Panzer General… I remember owning a version of this a long time ago on the original PlayStation. It was 2D and had a hexagonal grid, it was pretty outdated even for back then but it was still a really good strategy game.
