    Do we really need “Check pricing for your region”? It’s always £20. It’s obvious by now it’ll never be any less.

    @MeridusBeta: But that wouldn’t give you that false sense of hope for a good deal, only to be crushed by it’s abusive price, while MS watches your desolation with contempt via those hidden cameras around your house your 360 set up the first time it was free and you were asleep.

    What’s the difference between this Halo Wars announcement and the GoD announcement from a couple weeks ago? Regardless, still hoping for a price reduction on Halo Wars DLC, hopefully permanent, but at least a DotW.

    @Mathguy42-us peeps in Europe didn’t get Halo Wars,i think it was just for North America at the time,like SF4 is this time..i think we may of got Medal Of Honor:Airborne that week,not sure

    Well. I would like to play halo wars. Although I totally refuse to pay the equivalent of 47.5 usd
    for an old game. Why is it so hard to keep a decently fair pricing model accross different regions?

    I paid $5 less than that for my physical copy of SF4, new, at a local store, MONTHS ago. Terrible, terrible pricing.

    I paid less for the collectors edition of street fighter 4. With both figurines and stuff.

    @metallicorphan: Thanks for the clarification.

    @OSKAR1983: A friend in Sweden said he found Halo Wars for 199kr ($27) in stores. In the US, the GoD is $30, but you can get it on Amazon for $20 now. These GoD prices don’t make much sense. And I agree the prices should be comparable across regions. It would be very interesting to see sales numbers and get an idea of who actually buys these.

    Isn’t Super Street Fighter IV going to retail at $39.99? So why not just wait for that one?

    Take your Games on Demand and shove them right where Xbox Originals went.

    When Halo Wars entered Games on Demand, the “Platinum hits” version was not out in Europe, so MS would have been undercutting the shops, which they will not do. Now it has been released as a platinum hits version, it can be a GoD.

    Please stop making Games On Demand program pointless and release something actually useful such as Phantasy Star Universe: http://marketplace.xbox.com/en-US/games/media/66acd000-77fe-1000-9115-d802534507e3/?of=1

    The people that do, probably don’t leave the house or use the internet for anything other than gaming. Because if they did, they would realize they are being borderline scammed.
