If you’re just getting into the Splinter Cell series, or you are looking for a refresher, grab the free Splinter Cell Starter Kit PDF file.  This PDF file, which is normally only available only to press, was too good not to share. In fact, it’s kind of like a really good game manual/franchise backgrounder.
