  • D3NNIS60

Go Red Dead Redemption, I love this game.

  • I DLord I

NHL 2010 has beat Madden 2010, FINALLY.

  • NEW P4TH

Looks like Modern Warfare 2 is still king. Its going to be a tough battle once Halo Reach launches. Also nice to see Red Dead Redemption in the top 3. It means the game must of sold really well. I’m alittle sad to see Alan Wake not make the list. Its a must-have game and truly one of the greatest games Ive played this generation.

  • briguy992

Sad that Alan Wake didn’t even make the list… It’s such an awesome game!

  • kodoo

    wtf, no Alan Wake :/?

  • StammyFi

Shame on you people! You should definately get Alan Wake.

  • Blashemer

Can’t wait to see how Blur fares for the top 20 next time.

Also: More people playing the Halo: Reach Beta than BF:BC2? Really?

  • dirty whirlwind

Here’s me hoping Red Dead Redemption stays in the top for a long period of time to come. They truly deserve it.

  • chiruno99

You do realise Carnage is only going to tell you you’re stupid for caring about this list like it’s significant.

    He’s just coo like that.

  • AOClaus

    Go RDR…but poor Bad Company…

Nice to see Monkey Island back on top due to the discount. Hopefully we’ll see a lot more point-&-click remakes soon because of its success!

Btw how was the developer of the indie game GET TO THA CHOPPA able to use that name without having to pay through the nose for the rights to use it? I smell a C&D order coming for someone!

  • tananset360

Halo 3 still king by time 🙂 but hope reach beat’em all

there’re many reason why MW2 is on top.
    -game is superb
    -piracy (illegal disc) at high

  • Kroesis

RDR is an awesome game and multiplayer is fun too but I knew that it wouldn’t drag Halo 3 and MW2 off the top spots.

  • dirty whirlwind

I get the feeling though, that the online community for Red Dead Redemption is pretty tiny. It feels a bit like I always play the same guys over and over again. Not that that’s a bad thing, its the complete opposite actually, because it feels rather much like the spirit of a community to the extent that I always have some history, good memories or backstabber stories to tell, with some of the folks I play with in free roam. Can be a bit hard to find players in the other playlists from time to time though.

  • eezarthegreat

RDR wouldn’t top the people on Halo and MW2 – never will. let’s face it, both Halo and MW2 offer people a quick bang for their buck whereas RDR is a “heavier” game if you get me?

So surprised to see COD: WAW there :/

  • r3dreck

Splinter Cell Conviction is slipping good… no replay value really without SvM, hopefully the next one will bring it back. All those poor people who bought it for $60+ are kicking themselves. Red Dead Redemption will kill once the co-op is released, the free roam is kinda lacking right now, the hideouts are fun but once you’ve done them there is no need to go back over and over unless your jacking your level (which doesn’t concern me). SP on the other hand rocks.

  • r3dreck

@the Alan Wake people: $10 per episode for 1-2 hours of play (for who knows how long) is what turned me off. 200 pts I would have picked it up for sure. I had it preordered a looong time ago and canceled it the day of for RDR. I’m glad I did since RDR gives me more bang for my buck. I’ll wait till they discount the whole series or put it all on a disc before I bother, many more games coming out in the Fall to mess with.

  • Grubish360

Bad Company 2 is so much more fun than Modern Warfare 2…

  • II Fr0zen lI

    @ R3dreck
What are you talking about? Their is a whole game with its whole complete story on the disc already the DLC is just adding more to bridge the gap between 1 and 2 (if their is a sequel)

  • X Ray Hamburger

I would of thought Alan Wake would of made it somewhere on that list at least.

  • PiMD

LOL @ R3dreck … coming from someone who plays Lego Batman and Lego Rockband. Alan Wake didn’t make the list because it’s not a multiplayer-enabled game. It has DLC but none of it is active yet. Once DLC releases, you will see it show up on the list.

@Grubish360: Man you crack me up LOL

  • stststststq

“200 pts I would have picked it up for sure” – You’d have picked up Alan Wake if it was 200 MS Points? LOL. The game on disc has 6 chapters and it’s longer than many other single player only games out there. It also comes with a token to download the first DLC chapter for free when that’s released in July. Only one other episode has been confirmed at 800 MS Points, but if it’s as long as the other chapters then that’s fine with me, but either way, you get the first 7 chapters when you buy the game in a store (6 on the disc, 1 via free DLC) and you would have to be the 8th.

  • Etherphoria

to PiMD “LOL @ R3dreck … coming from someone who plays Lego Batman and Lego Rockband. Alan Wake didn’t make the list because it’s not a multiplayer-enabled game. It has DLC but none of it is active yet. Once DLC releases, you will see it show up on the list.”

Anygame on the 360 is eligible to be on the list, people aren’t going to flock to the game when paid dlc comes out, less people will buy the dlc then purchased the game. If its not on the list by next week, its not going to be.

  • oO MG81 Oo

@PiMD – a game doesn’t have to have online MP to make it into the list. The list shows games that were booted while the console was connected to Live (unique users). Multiplayer has nothing to do with it.

Alan Wake was good but really nothing mind blowing. It’s a good quality game and very enjoyable. Average game IMO, only difference is it got 5 years of hype.
