I’m surprised Blacklight: Tango Down did so well. I played the trial and wasn’t impressed at all.

Oh well, to each their own.

good to see Blacklight: Tango Down at 10 but how long it will be at 10

It’s a bit sad to see that Crackdown 2 didn’t debut higher, especially above the demo. The 4-player co-op really adds to the craziness but in the end, I guess the only people that are going to be into it are the fans of the original. Oh well, at least it’s in the top 20.

Both Monkey Islands in the top 20 is a good sign for those hoping for more point-&-click adventure remakes. Grim Fandango and Full Throttle next PLEASE!

I wonder how many of the GFW games are on there because of Steam.

Is that more people playing World at War or less people playing Red Dead?

how can Gears of War 2 be on Nº7, if its online component is completely broken?!? Bought the GOTYE a couple of weeks ago, and I have never managed to play online, due to the fact that it always fails to find a game (have broadband, all works fine with other games; no NAT issues to report). Talk about a messed up game😛

@The Pizman, I’m with you in the little group. I find it hard to believe Cod4 Being at 6, when every time i play it on a different day, I play against the same exact people:/ and with a count of 32 or 36 people playing old school, impossible.

Why is MW2 still number 1.
    Also, WaW above Red Dead?

You might as well just get use to it. A Halo game will always be in the top 3 spots for most played over xbox live. As long as there is xbox live and a 360 Halo is not going away. Soon enough Halo 3 will drop from the top 3, but its only going to be replaced by Halo: Reach which will hold onto one of the top 3 spots for its life time. Halo: Reach adds a whole new layer of stuff to do and acomplish. Look at that call of duty 4 sneaking up to #6 trying to jump into one of the top 3 spots. COD4 which has been out for around the same amount of time as Halo 3 but in the end has remaind less popular. Soon enough Modern 2 will meet the same fate. sorry go meat.

Uh, yeah… no one said anything about Halo. I appreciate the whole Halo fanboi’ism and I have nothing Halo myself, but why go into all these rants when noone has provided instigation to do so?

More importantly, 1vs100 on xbox live has been cancelled. No third season😦

The maturity of Live users is apparent when you look at the Indie games chart. Try Not To Fart? This might also explain why MW2 is on top.

I’m sure we won’t see any post about it since this is a good/neutral-news only site, but the cancellation of 1 vs 100 is the most disappointing decision made by Microsoft during this console’s lifetime so far.

If Microsoft is really serious about appealing to the family, they need to get away from overpriced gimmicks like Kinect and stick with simple things that really DO appeal to everyone, like 1 vs 100 did.

There are honestly half a dozen people I know who primarily bought the console for 1 vs 100. They definitely won’t be renewing their gold membership – speaking of which, this a a huge blow to the supposed “value” of a gold membership.

If MS has something in the pipeline to replace it, they’d better announce it soon. This is really pathetic.

Really? For me the most disappointing decision was changing Joyride from a proposed free to play XBLA game utilising avatars and a micro transaction method for extra tracks etc.. to allowing Kinect to drive it’s claws in and probably selling it as a boxed retail game.

A sad day for multiplayer gaming indeed. You’ll be sorely missed, 1 vs 100.😦 It was such an exciting party game for all ages, and it’s a crying shame that they would get rid of something that fun and truly unique. It was SO intense being in the hot seat in the Mob or even more so as the One, and there is NOTHING else in gaming that could match that kind of intensity, especially since you had REAL prizes on the line. I hope that MS didn’t kill it just because they’re being too cheap to give out all those prizes any more.

Confusing to me as to why Tango Down is top of the list considering it feels extremely generic.

I have to agree with what’s been said about 1 vs. 100. It is the only game my entire family would come over to play. It was truly something we looked forward to playing each week. I’m really disappointed with Microsoft right now.

1 vs 100- it had to go,as it didn’t bare well with Microsofts reputation of not giving us a thing for free..started with their u-turn on Joyride

they cancelled 1 vs 100 geez microsuck that 50 bucks a year loses it’s value more and more …. and it is sad that transformers isn’t even in the top 20 … what gives? it’s a great game and the multiplayer is good you guys should be playing it !

1 vs. 100 will be missed. Remember the big fuss microsoft made at E3 a couple years back about Primetime. Almost none of that came to fruition. We were promised multiple titles among other things. So far all we have received is two seasons of 1 vs. 100. Way NOT to deliver on your promises (kind of like Joy Ride at another e3). You really have to take almost everything announced by MS with a grain of salt until it becomes reality.

Castle Crashers still in Top 10 ! it’s crazy ! For Indie Games, maybe Lumi (winner of Dream Build Play Challenge 2010) just released will be in the next ranking, it’s an amazing game !

Lumi sure is a pretty game, however I find the gameplay mechanics to be a bit dull. And a game based on collecting things feels a bit outdated. Too bad, becuase as I said, the visuals is beautiful. Really tried to like it.
