Just added armory and underdome to my queue. Already had Zombie. Have not heard good things about underdome but for five bucks, what the heck. Good deal this week.

All three are well worth the original price, but the sale price makes them a steal adding many hours of gameplay to a great francise! Any news on further DLCs though?

Well, again a Deal for some of the Goldmembers only. Today for Borderland. Last week for Assassins Creed owner. Not that I dont want them to spare a few bucks for their games, but dont forget about all the other Goldmembers looking for a good arcadegame.

@Lohengriehn Your post makes no sense, it basically says “Oh great, another deal for only for Gold Members”, but you are a Gold Member yourself, so why complain? Then it says “Oh ho hum, more DLC discounts for games I don’t happen to own, I want arcade games!”. Which is a valid complaint, but history serves that arcade discounts usually come in the fall/winter because they want to continue selling / reminding people of the “Summer of Arcade” titles from 6 months again. Just like they put a lot of the stuff from last summer on sale a month ago.

Another great DLC deal on a great game! If I didn’t already have all 3 of these, I’d definitely take advantage of this! For those who have been waiting for a deal like this and don’t have them yet, here’s a bit of advice: make sure you get Zombie Island and Secret Armory as they’re great storyline, loot & questing extensions, but don’t bother with The Underdome unless you like VERY long tedious Horde-mode-style gameplay.

I’ll be picking some of these up, though I’m gonna bide my time and see if I can pay less for the disc for the first two DLCs first. You never know.

As for Lohengriehn’s complaint, I sort-of agree as it is a pain when there’s a deal for something you don’t own, but on the other hand just because you don’t own the product doesn’t make it a bad deal. If you don’t own what’s on offer, you’re saving money that week anyway.
It is a case in point for multiple-title discounts, but we were never going to get that during Summer of Overprice.

I understand that the horde mode of the Underdome isn’t for everyone, but having a bank for loot is the next best thing to getting a 48 slot backpack SDU. These are all worthwhile at this price, bring on the next DLC Gearbox!

I only just started Borderlands last Tuesday and what a game it is! Amazing. Was really pleased to see this DLC deal of the week in the schedule released last week as well – perfect timing

@ Quaranj: Yeah the bank really is useful for storing weapons in the game, but you shouldn’t have to pay 400/800 points just to use something that should have been in the game to begin with.

Got everything when it first came out. A saving of 1600ms is clearly enough to convince one to spend the savings on Marvel vs Capcom 2.

I got these both when they came out; Borderlands is awesome. The underdome is great if you get a few people together for a LAN party. The music really stood out for me, sounds great and really sets the tone.

The weapon modding can make the game a tad too easy, but its still a good game, even if its repetitive.
I enjoyed the General Knoxx DLC a lot.

The only pack I was missing was Secret Armory. Well worth the money, imo (even at full price).

At least 50% off is a decent sale price, unlike the Assassin’s Creed sale last week.
I picked up the Underdome as I hear it wasn’t worth 800 points, and I had the others already.

I bought Secret Armoty as it seems to be the best pack avaiable. If I’ll need the other 2 (lol, I have to begin the game yet!) I’ll take the disc version. There are nice deals every now and then on that disc so no problem for me. Zombie Ned stimulates me but if I want Underdome, later, too I’d pay it overpriced. So let the disc solution be.
