Is it worth it for someone who had fun the little bit he played in arcades? I played the trial this morning and had fun, but 800 points for a poor port is a lot. And no Offspring =/

Music is gone but I have The Offspring and Bad Religions libraries ready to stream. I might have to pick this up …

Have to get this. Crazy Taxi is one of my all time favorites, and even if it’s a bad port its still a great game.

Playing Crazy Taxi without The Offspring is like playing Super Mario without all the themes we rmember. It’s just not the same. I know it’s such a small detail, but it’s a key detail. It’s like playing Oblivion without the music. It’s just not emersive. Yes you can stream it into the game, but I don’t have the albums, and I’m not gonna pirate them just for 1 game either.
I’m out.

I’m also somewhat dismayed by the loss of the original soundtrack, but I’ll probably still get this at some point.

There’s no support for the Microsoft Xbox 360 Wireless Racing Wheel. I’m sorely disappointed. Outrun supported it afterall.

Buyer beware on this title. I watched a quick look of this at Giant Bomb and it was pretty rough. It’s a pretty lazy port of the PC version. Gotta say after watching that I’m gonna have to pass on this one.

i was gonna try this last week on the PS3,but for some reason there was no trial/demo…so definitely gonna trial this

I really wish Sega wouldn’t half-ass these ports. At least this one’s in widescreen (unlike Sonic Adventure)

A shame Bad Religion is not on the game however I own their discography so no matter I guess… wait I also have this on the Dreamcast. I’ll pick it up one day if it’s on sale for 400 tho.

I bit the bullet and got the game. Its a lot of fun, and it has avatar awards! Will have to play more after work.

Very counter-intuitive “help” section, and… the game just doesn’t seem to be much fun. Maybe I just don’t “get” it.

Looks like a lot of fun. I used to play this at my movie theater’s arcade but they removed it. 😦 I’ll get this game probably after I get the Noble Map Pack.
