    Yes, but it is very confusing that MS is doing it with a bunch of their Fable III DLC. Fable II was more clearly described in the Marketplace.

    Sold Fable III as soon as I finished the main quest.
    I lol’d at how hard the game tried to sell me dlc WHILE I WAS PLAYING IT!!!
