First I’ve heard of “Toy Soldiers: Cold War”. Is it another DLC expansion or a true stand-alone sequel?

  • bullka LT

@pinata360: Wanted to ask the same. Is this a new game or not?

I think 300GS is maximum for XBLA game (200GS for a game and 100GS for DLC). And original Toy Soldiers is already a 300GS game.

In my opinion: Cold War is a new game (stand alone sequel).

  • pinata242

Magic the Gathering has 3 DLC packs worth 150gs. I’m not sure if there are any rules on that stuff anymore or, at least, they haven’t announced the new rules publicly like they did a few years ago.

  • AtomicInternet

Am I bad for hoping the “Xbox Dashboard” game icon on your gamercard means I’ll finally get the “Keeping it Old School” achievement for using my HD DVD drive to watch a movie?

  • a1984darkboy

XBLA is gonna rock my world once again. Pretty much looking forward to all the titles listed. I especially can’t wait to play some Fire Pro Wrestling.

  • chiruno99

Finally, Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet. I’m hoping that won’t be long after the booth appearance.

  • Ai Kago

Wow the Kinect stuff sucks, Kinect sport and Dance central..good games, but they were launch titles. Michael Jackson..ok, fair enough, might be ok. Carnival games..truly dire.

  • tj sumpthun

The schedule looks amazing dont get me wrong, but hasn’t pretty much everyone going already played/seen Kinect Sports?

  • Premierdrmmr07

At least you aren’t hyping anything this time….and by the way, your co-workers article on about 2011 being an amazing year for the 360 is complete bs. This year is crap….

Bring back games to the xbox!

  • aka Scratch

Sounds awesome. I’ll see some of you there maybe. I look like my avatar only more real.

  • Lanmanna

These XBLA games and Forza are the only exclusive 360 games I am looking forward to this year.

  • ThreadShadow

Yay, Seriously Twisted Shadow Planet!! I’ve been waiting a long time for that one! Trenched looks fun too.

  • GRIMEY007

Gears 3 is the only game i’m interested in from that list. Hopefully the pc version won’t be long in coming.

  • ABomb

    Nothing for Windows Phone??

  • BR0THER Daz

I totally agree with you, this year for Xbox exclusives is a f’n joke! I actually bought a PS3 a month or so back because of this, look at how many exclusives they have coming out this year. MS better step it up next year, after this 2011 let down.

  • Mcmax3000

    @Premierdrmmr07 @BR0THER Daz
Do you really think Microsoft is going to have nothing to announce at E3? Seriously? Just because they don’t announce everything years ahead like Sony does doesn’t mean that there won’t be things coming.
If there’s still nothing after E3, then your complaints are valid. Still annoying but valid.

Yes, Toy Soldiers: Cold War is a proper sequel and not just a DLC expansion.

Btw what’s up with the gamercards on here lately? I noticed they haven’t been updated for at least 4 days now.

  • The Grim Heaper

I dunno if I’m the only one, but I’m excited to see more Gunstringer. =/

  • Dirasyaj X

wish I lived around pax east. I really want one of those Cole Train plushies !

  • kuroi albatross

Oh, I’m so sad i don’t live in the USA, otherwise I’d love to attend this great event! Games released 6 months ago! XBLA announced since years! New casual Kinect games!
Oh yeah, and most important: Carnival Games cotton candy giveaway!!!
    It’s going to be a great 2011!

  • Stephan1237

When are we getting cloud saving like Playstation?

  • Hugoku

For some reason, I thought Fire Pro was scratched. Glad to hear it is still on track.

  • An Xbox God

Major, are you going to record DMZilla’s panel and post it on your blog? I’d love to hear it but I can’t be at PAX.

  • Premierdrmmr07

We aren’t talking about next year, we are talking about this year….Seriously, you can’t deny the fact that the only true core game this year for the 360 is Gears of War 3. It’s the only one with an actual release date.

I don’t expect to have an impacted list like Sony does because honestly out of all those games, only like 2 interest me.

But I would expect Microsoft to at least throw it’s core audience a bone every quarter instead of making exclusive dlc deals with third party developers….

Only having one real exclusive title for the year 2011, non-kinect shovelware, is pretty bad no matter what way you look at it. Microsoft has some awesome titles in it’s library that they choose to ignore….

Instead they throw us a game or 2 a year, that usually can be also be found on pc. They raise the price of xboxlive which 90 percent of the games on the 360 if not more, are still p2p and cover costs for services that I can get for free and are better on my pc.

Microsoft has lost their way this gen, I can only hope they find their path again and not go the nintendo route next gen with the Xii.
