Kinect freezes as soon I launch it from the HUB! Unable to use the app. My xbox is a “grandfather” xbox. The HALO LE Xbox. Is it because its an old system? I know that people with the slim xbox don’t have a problem.

it seems to me that every game has been getting all bugged up and half done

what happen to make the game all the way and running smoothly and then downloads to help it better later
i didnt pay 68 dollars just to have it half worked
and seriously i was looking forward to this
but now, i have to wait even more til they fix the dang thing

Having the same problem as everyone else. I’m guessing it’s something to do with the high demand in downloads, but MS should have prepared for this and created more than one download spot so if one server got full up with downloaders it would just switch to the next server and so on so we could all download the game with ease.

I get the “Can’t download” message as well. Was looking forward to trying it out😦

It would be nice if I could use this. Kinect Labs is the only thing on my Xbox that doesn’t work. Locks up every time as it is launching. Deleted and reinstalled, also turned on all Kinect functions per forums. Still freezes every single time.

I was able to download it…. kinect fun labs just keep freezing up.

Game Labs doesn’t work for me either, but you don’t need it working it to play Avatar Kinect. Quick Launch it from the middle button. Works fine for me.

Downloaded Avatar Kinect + the update, but as soon as I enter Fun Labs the blue screen freezes.

Tried clearing cache and downloading the Fun Labs again, but that did not help.
I do have an old Xbox, could that be the problem?

Really want to play Avatar Kinect + Sparkle, so I am kinda bummed.

Here’s a solution for those of u really wanting to try the apps…..Press the silver button on ur controller, select quick launch then select recent downloads and launch ur app from there. We shouldn’t have to go through all that, but until they fix the problem that’s the way it is!

Wow! I’m always complaining about PS3, and throwing roses to Xbox360. And now, its been weeks since Fun Labs is broken and nobody is doing nothing to fix it. Or at least announce what’s the status. Unbelievable.
