Have both of them already. Couldn’t you at least have come up with some better titles for the festive season (Iron Brigade is OK, but we want bigger GoD games too)? What’s it going to be for December? A lump of coal? Seriously, I hope you close the year with a bang, because it’s just not getting any better yet…
Could we get a special free game for Christmas? Even if only for a day?

It’s insulting pitiful ” deals” like this that prompted me to trade in my 360 and games for a PS4 pre-order. Now with the ludicrous revelation that the XBONE can’t even handle Ghosts at 1080p!! And it’s $100 more!!
Goodbye Microsoft, maybe Next-next gen you’ll get your act together.

You have to buy PS+ too, and keep buying if you want to keep playing.
But really, are these two games “ridiculous” compared to PS+ games? In Oct. in North America PS+ added Kingdoms of Amalur (good game, same review score as Iron Brigade), Shadow of the Colossus (great game, but relatively ancient), Poker Night 2 (decent game, review scores about 10% lower than A World of Keflings), and Hotline Miami (good game, reviews a about 5% higher than Iron Brigade).
We can argue back and forth about the merits of either, but they are comparable. Sure, I might concede that IGC is better overall but then again I’m sure most people here were still paying for XBL Gold while IGC existed and GwG did not.

Do any of you understand the concept of a sunk cost? If you had already purchased a year of xbox live and didn’t buy the subscription with the knowledge of the games with gold program then yes, they are free. People bought xbox live knowing what they were getting, then microsoft starts a games with gold program to give people more than they were already getting and people complain. I understand being upset if you just purchased xbox live, but let’s be realistic most people on here had already purchased it before the games with gold program started. If you already spent your money on xbox live and then you get extra games then yes they are free.

I wish that after a post like this that so many people are talking about and upset with that MS would at least have someone explain the reasoning behind why the dissappointing games lately. I know there are a lot of great titles coming out over the next month and the Xboxone but come on….You get a lot from us as fans and users of LIVE and really don’t give a whole lot back sometimes……..I’ve earned my share of rewards and free stuff but it’s really been disappointing lately…..I love my Xbox360 and always have regardless of the issues over the years. But it’s getting hard to defend MS to my friends who keep telling me to buy a WII U or a PS4 by telling them nah I’m sticking with MS, they’ll have something cool next month! And then nothin….😦
Come on someone from MS let us know why some of these decisions are made and how do you plan to make it up to us? (and I know it’s not Larry’s fault either, he’s just unfortunately the messenger.)

Paying for gold to get benefits like these aren’t going to keep me as a customer when your competitor is offering better stuff for a lower monthly price, who in their right mind would? And as far as i know nothing has been mentioned of this GWG promotion being carried over to the XB1 but on the other hand, Sony will continue to hand out games for PS+ subscribers on the PS4. And why must i have to be paying for Xbox live in order to use App’s that I all ready pay a subscription for? Shouldn’t buying the device be good enough? most other devices seem to think so.
