      Yeah I believe it is. Hopefully with better load times. Also they now have 1000 gamerscore instead of 600

      Same game with some frame rate fixes, and more achievements (1000G). Probably only worth the upgrade if it ever goes on sale.

      They should but I don’t think they are offering that. They could lose out on a lot of potential sales because I would buy it if it were a $5 upgrade from my xbox 360 version.

      They’re releasing Season 2 on the One next week, but I think they should have just bundled them both together, hell, I might have even paid the 24$ price point if it included both seasons.

    24,99 Euro in my Region… again, no discount for people who already own all episodes on the 360? It’s getting ridiculous…. I’ll gladly spend some bucks to migrate games from the 360 to my Xbox One (which I did e.g. with Minecraft and PinballFX2), but offers like this feel like a rip-off. Dear publishers: Don’t treat your loyal fans like that.😦

      1000 gamer score, apparently. I loved this game on 360, but I am not going to pay full price on XB1. They should have a similar offer like Minecraft where previous owners can pick it up for a significant discount.

        Definitely! I wonder if they fixed the loading times at least for these versions. The load times on the 360/ps3 versions were some of the worst I’ve ever seen… and for a game that is one of the least demanding to run. I think it had a lot to do with the engine not being optimized right for consoles… with all the money they have made I really hope they fixed that at least.

        That’s because a Dutch Sony fanboy was spamming old and new posts on the Major Nelson blog with all kinds of cr*p last year, calling him a drag queen straight to his face amongst other things. It’s a good thing those posts are locked after a few days now, less moderating through old stuff and those “things” can be dealt with quickly.

      Honestly I did buy sleeping dogs this morning, but it’s only because I didn’t play it last Gen and I’ve been told it’s a really good game. If I was someone who already beat the original I don’t think it’s worth it at all… it does have 24 dlc add-ons. That’s what it says on the case anyway lol.. seems rather extreme.

        It was 360 GWG late last year…or early this year…. I downloaded it then never played it, had other games to play then. Guess what??? I have more to play now… Put it on GwG for xbox one and I’ll add it to my back catalogue of games I will play later….. Wont buy though.

        don’t fret. it is a good game and will be even better with better graphics. i liked it but i just wouldn’t pay that much to play it again just for better graphics. but you are on the side where you will benefit more.

        Yeah I bought the first 2 seasons on the 360, and to be honest they really are great.. but no way would I pay full price again. There should be a massive discount for owners on previous gen.

        Also, as far as I know there is going to be season 3. I hope so !

      xbldbdotcom. Not much for 360, great discounts for a couple of games like the Dragon Age series and Kingdoms of Amalur.
      Xboxachievementsdotcom has a list with 3 titles for the One well, discounts aren’t much though but I’m buying Worms and Outlast.

    Yeah so I own both seasons on the 360. I loved these games, and would most definitely do another play through on xbox one IF and only if these certain criteria were met..

    first of all, if you own the 360 version you should get a large discount on the upgraded version. I wouldn’t say get it for free, because I understand time and money went into the port and it would make no sense to give it away.. but at the very least there should be a massive discount to previous owners.

    Second of all, they need to have fixed the absolute atrocious load times of the previous versions. Let’s be honest, these are great games, but graphically and computationally demanding, they are not. The 360/ps3 versions had some of the worst load times I’ve ever seen.

    Now that I think about it.. that’s really all that I would need to pick this and the second season up again.

        Your comparison is flawed. If you like car comparisions, imagine this… Your car runs fine on existing roads. Suddenly, shiny new highways are introduced. Your car requires a set of new tires to use them. The manufacturer wants you to buy your exact existing car again – just including the required tires – for the full retail price, instead of offering a simple upgrade. Would you do it?

        I would imagine the ” shiny new highway ” takes you to new and exciting plains and not retread the same old miles of days gone before .
        So metaphorically , I guess I have upgraded my car just for a new set of tires .
        Difference being – I am not bleeting about it – just enjoying the ride and these new tires are sweet .

    #stopbuyingdigitaltwice TellTale must learn how to treat customers like Zen Studios did with Pinball Fx. If we can’t get it for free or for a cheap price (no more than 5 eur) I won’t buy it again and keep telling people not to buy it. And heck the physical version is 50 eur! Are they crazy?
