Xbox Store Week in Review

It’s been another a busy week on the New Release Calendar. In the last few days, the following Xbox One titles arrived on the Xbox Games Store.

      
Additionally, these titles become available for pre-order and pre-download on Xbox One this week. Only 25 days until Halo: The Master Chief Collection (!)

    Another awesome week.. from what I’ve read in reviews etc about the evil within I think it’s the most underrated game this year.. for me anyway. I absolutely love it. It’s hard,it’s creepy as hell, it gives you that awesome sense of desperation that any great survival horror should do. I’m only about half way through it and it’s easily contender for game of the year for me.

      Just wait for the difficulty spike at Ch11, honestly I’m bad at survival horror games but the difficulty spike is waaaaay to big. Other than that its a bloody good game.

        Really? Aw I’m actually looking forward to that lol. Yeah I beat 7 last night it was awesome. Took me 3 tries to kill safe face and close those valves, then I felt as though chapter 8 was pretty much just a recuperating chapter lol to get some ammo back etc because it was so easy I actually didn’t fire any weapons, just lured one enemy away at a time and meleed the hell out of them lol. I’m on chapter 10 now just haven’t time to play it yet today.

        I actually got him first time which I suprising. I don’t know if the spike was bad luck and I hit out of ammo but yeah its tough.
        The Ch10 second boss is hella tough.

        I don’t understand the logic. Master Chief and Halo are popular in America…not sure where else though…Why not release a product in a market where it’s most popular?

        I think he is talking about the Kickstarter game H-Hour: World’s Elite, which is a spiritual successor to SOCOM. It’s coming to PC in March with a possible future PS4 release date. Though I don’t know how that is stopping him from getting an X1.

        Did you get a complete manual with your copy of the evil within? I’ve been looking around on the internet for tips and tricks ( as I’m a noob at survival horror ) and one tip said look at the manual as it can help. I replied to the article saying how I didn’t get the same complete manual and got a reply from someone in the US saying how he did and I’m from the UK who didn’t. I believe you’re from Canada, so was just wondering if you did or didn’t and if it’s region based.

    Where’s the system option to turn off controller vibration in all games in the update? Seriously Microsoft, the Xbox one has launched a year ago and this option is still missing!! Something so simple, I hope it comes in the november update.

      If you hold RT and LT then press Y it resets the dash and normally brings my friends list back online. A work around that’s not perfect granted but give it a shot if the freinds list mysteriously vanishes.

    Just release the MCC already, I can’t wait to dig into those games again lol. IGN has a thread up for the games soundtrack, and hearing the original stuff brings back some fond memories.

    FYI….It looks like a bunch of racing games are going on sale next week. Looks like some of the sales are posting already if you go to XBLDBdotCOM. I know there were some hoping for this.

        I wouldn’t trust that these are all of them however. I’ve seen this happen before and then later a lot more roll out so I’m holding my monies till I know everything that will be on sale.

    How about Black Ops 1? Is it possible for this to be available for download? If not for “free with gold” then “deals with gold”? Just curious. Idk about anyone else but the game is beast and I’d like to play it long after the disc breaks and melts.
