      Tomb raider was on sale a few weeks back already, I picked it up and traded in my physical version of it. Maybe it will go on sale again though. I need forza 2, dr3, and the new trials fusion to go on sale:/

      If Tomb Raider drops to £10.56 like Thief and Murdered: Soul Suspect did, I’d buy it in an instant. It dropped to like £16.00 on Black Friday but that was still a little expensive for me for a digital copy, considering I got the physical copy for £19.85!

      Would have been a perfect game if it had no HUD or hints.

    I have all of these games AND I didn’t like Guacamelee

      Guacamelee is great (the Xbox One version anyway).
      That said I find the absence of 360 version of Contrast somewhat random.

        I am not some huge indie fan myself, but Guacamelee is IMO a good game. In the pre-indie days it would be probably picked by some publisher.

        Perhaps Compulsion doesn’t have quite the same freedom with their publisher that DrinkBox has with Activision when it comes to their 360 versions, or they require more notice. Since they self-published on the xbone, they are free to do whatever they want.

        MS really should extend ID to the 360 as well.

        the point is, these sales are on so so games with exceptions of course – but considering it’s a holiday sale, and one day sale at that, we should be seeing the best games for cheaper not some good games and some bad ones. companies have forgotten about the consumer and the more complacent we are, the more they’re going to forget about us.

      I second that. If I see any sort of significant discount on Dead Rising 3: Apocalypse Edition I’ll purchase it.

      It’s one of those games that, if I’d had a Xbone at launch, I would’ve had Day One but now it seems stupid to pay full price for a year old game but I’d still like to give it a try.

      50% discount would be amazing, heck 33% would guarantee a purchase.

      got it for $10 on gamefly and sold my copy for $30 on ebay. if you look hard enough you will find way better deals on physical games than microsoft offers.

    I might purchase Nutjitsu based purely on the squirrel on the box art kinda reminding me of Conkers Bad Fur Day and because it’s cheap, that too.

    Can somebody sell me on Guacamelee? I love the Mexican/Day of the Dead style but the only two Metroidvania games I’ve ever really enjoyed and completed are Super Metroid and Symphony of the Night, most of the time I just get half way through and get bored of back-tracking. Controversial statement: I did not really like or complete Shadow Complex.

      Sorry to hear you didn’t like shadow complex, I loved it. My brother happens to be playing it right now & wasn’t really enjoying it at first. Then he gained some new abilities & is really liking it. Not sure how far you advanced but maybe it would have grown on you.

      It was free when it came out on the X1…. its pretty good though, decent story…good graphics, good controls… Like I said its pretty good… I would have bought it but I had my X1 when it was released as the GwG.

    The 360 should have heaps of games going on sale… its last gen.. has a massive games library.. we should be flooded with sales.. its obvious from the comments people wana spend so let them have it.
