If we all can wait it out (if interested in these overpriced games) than they will go down in price that much quicker. I am holding out for a sale. If not, I won’t get it.

5 is vastly underrated in my opinion…co-op on hard or above is an excellent experience..i also enjoy the stark contrast of the environment compared to previous resident evil iterations..not to mention they finally tied together the events of the chris/jill/wesker triangle that began in game 1.

LOL its only 20 bucks for an awesome remake of a classic game. I dont know how old you are so either ask mummy nicely and she might get it or get a better job that pays more.

No, this title is a REMASTER of the gamecube version, which was a REMAKE of the 1996 PS version

too bad MS doesn’t do Cross buy like sony on resident evil Hd and a lot more , cos finally i bought the game on ps4 just because of this … why MS still doesn’t follow this cross buy system ?? i would be cool

Cross buy with what, 360? just curious. I personally use Sony Cross Buy for Vita/PS4 titles – don’t really see the value in PS3/PS4 cross buy…..

unless you don’t have an X1 yet and wanted to buy games on 360 knowing they would transfer to your X1 some day.

      Just curious.

i own all consoles, but that’s always a good thing for the same price to get one game at the same price on xbox for example, but have the rights to won it on ps4 /PS3/vita . it’s always a +, for example if one day i wanna offer my offer to my cousin or friend, they ‘ll be able to play all these game on my account , without having to pay it back… i do not understand why MS wich is ahead in terms in console interface improvements, and regulations and possibility offered since the launch of xbox live, dont follow this good steps, like cross buy , share play ect… ( they will soon bring snapshot from a game , this was a feature from the ps4… for example and that’s great… sony did copy most of all MS infrastructure in terms of xbox live, with gamertag , trophies, voice chat then cross chat , party’s , all these were introduced by MS on consoles , but would be great that now cross by exist since 3 years at least , that MS do it too.. they got to keep the leadership on console possibilities , xbox live possibilities like region switching ect…

I never understood that either. It’s probably one of the best features of PSN, besides the FREE games. Now that MS is no longer the industry leader maybe they will re-evaluate how they handle multi platform releases… They copied Sony with Games with Gold… no harm in copying them with cross play between consoles and Surface Tablet. You know what they say, If you can beat em …

I think you misunderstand what “industry leader” means. MS has so much more people that program for them than Sony ever will have. One device selling more than the Xbox One won’t change that.

I think YOU misunderstood what “industry leader” means. So let me clear it up for you. Video gaming is an industry. People that work for Sony/MS in that industry are part of it. Not a separate industry.

Let me give you another analogy genius, Actors, directors, producers and crew all have separate jobs but in the end they are all a part of the entertainment industry. Get it now?

The Industry leader in video games is the company that is LEADING in terms of sales. Which is Sony not MS. One device selling more than the other is what defines the industry leader. Which again is Sony. Sony has almost 50% marketshare this generation… You can’t be that dumb can you?

However It looks bad for MS when (as you said) they have more people programming for them than Sony ever will have” and yet they are behind the industry leader (Sony) in every aspect of the video game industry and can do nothing expect take huge losses to gain small percentages of marketshare. That’s NOT what an industry leader does.

“Sony only leads in sales with a console, NOTHING ELSE.”

        – Laughable at best…

You make a great point. Also really if you look at both parent companies they only cross paths in one area that being gaming consoles. Everything else those companies do and so different, like night and day actually.

I agree, this should have been 360/One cross buy, but I think the real cross buying will only be under the Windows 10 ecosystem.

For the price, hard to resist… after playing a little, I remembered what frustrated me most about the game (the controls mostly). Even with the updated controls, the game is still a pain. But I just had to get it because it was the first game that really made me uneasy and jump at times (on my PS1). The updated graphics are nice, and it’s cool to have the game in my collection…. but that’s about it.

Now if we can just get Nintendo to do an updated version of Eternal Darkness, then I’d be in heaven! That was easily the best horror title I’ve ever played. Loved it.
