Actually he loves Xbox, then readily admits to being into PC gaming with two very expensive and powerful video cards in SLI. Yet when I complain about the power of the Xbox One vs the PS4 he gets angry with me. A bit hypocritical.

I don’t know. I believe him. I have a very good gaming PC but I still prefer gaming on console for most things. And there’s tons of young professionals on here who make more than enough money to afford all that stuff.

yeah so I just looked that up.. all I can find is rumors from around GDC. Microsoft hasn’t announced anything and I haven’t been able to get any details besides the rumors saying it will be more suited to first person shooters and racing games..
meh. hopefully its cool but im perfectly happy with my xbox one controller. I just cant wait to be able to use it wirelessly on my PC

yeah it would definitely be cool to have one controller to control everything. I personally wouldn’t be a fan of a controller with LEDs though

They’d be the same as the white LED under the Xbox Guide button, just in a ring divided in eights around it to show the player number. For the 360 it would still be divided in quarters (2 LEDs active at a time as it only supports 4 controller), for the One it would enable all eight of them. Just an idea.

That already exists. Every ID(at)Xbox developer has access to the Windows Phone SDK as well (which is free).

Im so hungry for xbox good games! I bet there are many people ready to pay without doubt for games like the ones of the ID on the phones. Well specially if we get it on other platforms! I wouldnt mind buying a new WP with 2GB of ram or whatever it needs to get good XBOX games on my WP.

The main problem is indeed controls, which is why I said the Windows Phones need Xbox controller support. Not every PC/console game is suitable for touch controls. Having controller support would fix that.

Phil says “or phone” and “and phone” several times during the presentation. Universal apps started as a PC/phone thing, now they’re just adding Xbox to the mix.
They’re making porting games over to phones, from Xbox or PC, incredibly easy, but it’s up to developers make the versions available.
