Major, a feature I would love to see on Xbox One is the ability to “upgrade” your purchase. Say I bought the Evil Within’s standard edition when it launched, I may like to upgrade to this Digital Bundle and only pay the difference. You know instead of buying the season passes for games or buying the DLC a la carte.
often I buy the core game with no desire prebuy dlc, then a version comes out that includes all the dlc might go on sale and I would pay the difference. You know what I mean?

No regrets, you gain nothing there…

These editions are normally cheaper/the same price as the game when it first released. If you want to get the game and all the DLC cheaper, then just wait for the GOTY/Definitive edition. Otherwise, it’s on you for purchasing a game on release day and expecting kudos for doing so.

EDIT: Looking at the price now. It’s the same as simply buying the game and the season pass, so your argument is null here.

i don’t mean just for this, i mean in general. i don’t buy the dlc’s because they’re usually disappointing but I’m saying i may be persuaded to do so if xbox allowed you to upgrade you purchase if you want (i think kinda how killer instinct may work?) of course just for digital purchases. because sometimes the deluxe will be the sale of the week and their may only be a few dollar difference. you don’t have to be defensive, i think its a good idea and a good model for digital purchase to provide more options.

yeah, this game is a poor example. but sometimes a deluxe edition is cheaper and the price difference is less then buying a season pass, especially when the games on sale and the pass is not!

I get your point and I cant see why it would be an issue

Right, but… buying the season pass is exactly what you’re describing.

no I’m not, i mean being able to upgrade to a different version of a game you purchased and just paying the difference between the core price and the deluxe price even if the price fluctuates for what ever reason being a sale or just a price drop later on in time.

Yes that’s a good idea. EA did this with dragon age. I bought regular version but later upped it to deluxe by just paying the difference.

Whats the point of this bundle as its the same price if bought seperatly here in Australia? Its digital so its not like it comes in some special case or with a bonus statue lol

Amazing game, resident evil went to hell with RE4. Good game but lost its touch, revelations 2 is a step up.

Re4 was alright, Re5 was great and Re6 I quite liked to be honest, seriously flawed though.
Evil Within is the best re game

I didn’t run out of ammo until Ch10/11. Game gives enough to run through it
