Haven’t listened yet, but just wanted to say goodbye to Stepto! It’s been a lot of fun listening to you on the show, as well as following your exploits at Microsoft and elsewhere. Best of luck in the future!

Then again, I may have missed it since I usually skip to the Features.

First time I’ve listened in a little while, so I have to say: great choice for a new opening theme. Jesper Kyd really knew how to keep get me excited for a rooftop race.

You really don’t have to do this show. Ten people listen to it, and half those work for MS. It’s like the episode of It’s Always Sunny where they do a podcast on a tape recorder.

Lol. Although I don’t like his podcast, I think I saw it No.10 on Australia’s top 10 gaming podcasts once.

Since Australia only has fifty people with the Internet that isn’t so hot.

Pretty sure more than ten people listen to this show, especially if they can get this many interviews and the occasional exclusive news.

Listened tot he show last night before passing out to sleep, wasn’t going tog et kingdoms i played the demo for the mass effect unlock and WOW i pre ordered it straight away after finishing the demo i think this game will be bigger that what people expects it a fun game. it it be a few months till word gets around how good this game actually is

Eh, I wanted it to be good, but had a few of problems with the demo: The camera just had a mind of it’s own, the sound effects were pretty low quality imo (not soundtrack), the movement felt really loose, the combat wasn’t what I had been expecting, and the soundtrack popped in and out when it felt like it. I’ve heard that some of these things have been patched in the full game, but they should’ve done that in the demo, so they’ve lost a sale, that, and after 30+ hours of skyrim I got bored and i’ll probably get bored of KOA. I’ll wait for ME3.

Did u listen to the podcast? the dev said for them to make the demo they cut it off a 3 month old build most the issues that were in the demo have been fixed, sound being low quailty………..it a demo what do you expect.

well you know the deal Lee most ppl aren’t happy with something unless it’s 99% perfect. They all got to have their bullshit sequels who cares about ME3 didnt like the other one when i played a demo least this game holds up. i liked the demo and im not a fan of these games but will be picking it up tho

@lee, it’s a demo not a beta dumbass, so it should be a decent build, and no, I don’t listen to this crappy podcast. @ryder 99% huh…? Shouldn’t that be what they aim for? Devs these days are getting so lazy and just rely on patches now. Yes, no game can be 99% Didn’t you see I said I got bored of Skyrim? That games is pretty darn glitchy itself. “Who cares about ME3” must just be me then. Ahh well, atleast it will sell one copy.

The word “beta” is used as a marketing ploy to sell units, dumbass.

Maybe you should listen to the interview and not assume next time. He did say it is an old build and that the game will be more polished.

true true, people judge new games based on games in the same genre and people don’t like an upset in balance. I love mass effect 3 but i know it will not be an RPG like the first one franchise RPGs seem to make the game user friendly for new comers, ME3 will be the same.

you have to take notice that the people behind KOA have worked on some amazing projects and this could well be the next big franchise .

To me this will be a hidden gem of a game for a few months

For the longest time I had a problem figuring out which one was Stepto and which was E over the podcast.  Didn’t know their voices well enough to tell the difference.  Looking at pictures of the both of them didn’t make matters any easier.

I’m sorry this is off topic but…

Why did you not give Rock Band it’s own section in the marketplace?  It’s ridiculous… they release 100 songs a week.
It’s hard(er) to find new content when you have to wade through song after song.

I haven’t bought a song in ages… but I’m sure the people who still do would also appreciate it.
-Not to mention that they already have an app or whatever.

    -please get rid of them

Rock Band’s DLC is almost spamming Marketplace with it’s large weekly releases which also includes trial versions which further clutter up Marketplace. It would be better to just have one Rock Band entry to show that new content is available, then you can click on it to see the new content. Same goes for Gotham City Imposters or any other game that spams Marketplace. Come Microsoft, you guys are supposed to be the best at UI.
